Sony's Vaio SB is one of the nicer business laptops we've tested recently. It's thin and light, with few or no compromises, and it even fits an optical drive in. We did find Sony's labelling of the SB's GPU switch amusing, but there's a lot to be said for a physical switch to handle shifting between integrated and discrete graphics. You get the benefit of Sandy Bridge in its long battery life and good performance, and multimedia home users won’t be disappointed. That may explain the range of colours; as well as business black, you can get the SB models in pink, silver and grey.

It's a little disappointing that the fit and finish isn't quite up to the standards we'd expect from a £1,700 laptop. It just doesn't have the perfectly clean lines and premium build materials we usually find in systems that expensive. In this case, it's because our test unit is the very upper end of a line that is meant to start at £699 - and at that price, the overall design is about average. In other words, I'm really impressed by the outstanding performance and usability of this very expensive ultraportable laptop, but oddly enough, a little underwhelmed by Sony's sense of style.

Sony VAIO SB Series: Thin, Light, Expensive, and Terribly Fast

It’s a little disappointing that the VAIO SB's fit and finish aren’t quite up to the standards we’d expect from a $2500 laptop. It just doesn’t have the perfectly clean lines and premium build materials we usually find in systems this expensive. In this case, it’s because our test unit is at the very upper end of a line that is meant to start at $900--and at that price, the overall design is about average. In other words, I’m really impressed by the outstanding performance and usability of this very expensive ultraportable laptop, but oddly enough I'm a little underwhelmed by Sony’s sense of style.

The Sony Vaio VPCSB16FG/L is priced at Rs. 54,990 and comes pre-installed with Windows 7 Home Premium. We would've preferred an all-black design, but with the smaller screen size this laptop is definitely more portable than the 15.6-inchers. Vaio notebooks have always been priced higher than the other notebooks in the same range, and if you’re a Vaio fan wanting a portable laptop, this one’s a good buy. For others, we'd suggest the Acer TimelineX 5830TG as a cheaper alternative with similar specs.

Sony: Sony Corporation est une corporation conglomérat multinational dont le siège social est au Japon avec des recettes dépassant? 8.871.400 billion (2008). Sony est l'un des principaux fabricants d'électronique, de vidéo, de communications, de consoles de jeux vidéo, de produits et technologies de l'information pour les particuliers et le marché des professionnels. Son nom est dérivé de sonus, le mot latin pour le son. La société a été fondée 1946 avec un autre nom et rebaptisée en 1958. Sony Corporation est l'unité d'affaires électroniques et la société mère du groupe Sony, qui est engagé dans les affaires par le biais de ses cinq secteurs d'activité- l'électronique, les jeux, les divertissements (films et musique), les services financiers et autres. La plupart des jeux pas trop demandants actuels peuvent tourner de façon fluide. soyez prêts à endurer un rendu graphique assez moche à cause de la basse résolution et des détails au minimum. Par ailleurs ces cartes sont suffisantes pour un travail de bureau et le visionnage de vidéos (pas évident pour la vidéo HD).
AMD Radeon HD 6470M: Carte graphique d'entrée de gamme de moyenne gamme basée sur l'architecture Seymore XT avec un décodeur vidéo UVD3.
Intel HD Graphics 3000:
3 GPUs à venir (1er Trimestre 2011) intégrés aux CPU Intel Sandy Bridge (Core ix-2xxx). Les 3000 / 200 correspondent à la puce GT2 avec 12 Execution Units (EUs).
Ces cartes devraient être capables de faire tourner tout les jeux d'aujourd'hui, mais la plupart d'entre eux uniquement en détails moyens ou faibles et avec des résolution basses. Les plus vieux jeux ou les jeux moins gourmands restent jouables avec de beaux graphismes.
AMD Radeon HD 6630M: Succède à la Mobility Radeon HD 5650 avec plus de coeurs, un décodeur vidéo UVD3 et Eyefinity+.

13.3: Ce format d'affichage peut s'appeler le mini grand format pour petits portables.
L'avantage est que le subnotebook peut être de petite dimension et peut être porté facilement. de plus Un petit écran a un avantage, il a besoin de peu de courant, ce qui améliore le temps d'exécution de batterie et en conséquence la mobilité. L'inconvénient est que la lecture des textes est épuisante pour les yeux. Les hautes résolutions sont a proscrire.

Ce subnotebook a le poids le plus léger par rapport aux autres ordinateurs portables et peut être porté très facilement.
1.8 kg:
Ordinateur portable beaucoup plus léger que la moyenne.
78.83%: La note n'est pas convaincante. On doit considérer qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup d'ordinateurs portables qui reçoivent une note en dessous de 60%. Ce portable est en dessous de la moyenne, Nous ne conseillons pas vraiment son achat.
