Overall, despite the less than ideal display and battery life, I find the ASUSPRO B9440 to be a really desirable notebook and definitely one of the top business notebooks. There is, after all, quite a lot to like about the notebook. It has a nice unique design that props the keyboard up, a superb keyboard, decent performance, a good build quality, and it is really thin and light. Let's not also forget that it passes MIL-STD 810G testing and that it has a spill-resistant keyboard. These are really useful and practical features to have. In fact, I think I prefer it to the ZenBook 3 Deluxe. That’s how much I like it.

Overall you’re paying a premium for that beautiful display, loud speakers and rugged build quality. If you’re the sort that cares for those things, you can probably forgive the B9440UA’s shortcomings – the dongle life isn’t that bad.

The Asus Pro B9440 is a thin-and-light laptop with an excellently built MIL-grade shell, an excellent keyboard, a nice matte IPS screen and capable speakers, as well as a laptop that can handle regular tasks smoothly while running cool and fairly quiet. Battery life can be a concern though, as well as the limited IO and the fact that the fan inside is active all the time. What you should keep in mind is that the Core i7 configurations struggle to maintain consistent performance in heavier loads, which means there's much more value in the more affordable Core i5 configurations and you should consider this laptop for regular everyday use and not for demanding work activities.
