For a price of Rs. 13,999/- the Lenovo K10 Note ticks all the boxes for a budget smartphone user. It comes with a bright display, smooth performance and a good battery life. The cameras could have been better but that is me, nitpicking on a budget device. If you are looking to not spend more than 15 thousand on a smartphone and a good software experience, then the Lenovo K10 Note is a very good contender waiting to be picked up.

The Lenovo K10 Note is priced at Rs 13,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant and 15,999 for the 6GB+128GB variant. Considering the price point, it looks like a good deal. But let’s not ignore the fact that the smartphone competes with the likes of the Realme 5 Pro, Real XT, Vivo Z1X, and a few other good phones in its segment. The Lenovo K10 Note does make a statement with smooth performance, but the interface and display play spoilsport.

As you guys already know, Winter is Coming and if you are looking for a good Smart Heater for your hands than Lenovo K10 Note can be your perfect companion. Just play PUBG or any other games for an hour and it’ll start heating and as a result, your hands will be kept warm. With the Lenovo K10 Note, you can also get rid of those annoying kids who take your smartphone to play games on it. The device heats up so much that most of those kids will get scared and as a result, they’ll automatically return you the device.

On paper, the K10 Note is a good comeback attempt from Lenovo in the budget segment. The pricing is decent too for both the models, as it checks most of the right boxes in this segment. It's light, has good app performance, the display is vivid, battery life is solid, and the rear cameras are decent as long as there's ample light around. Adding a telephoto camera was a nice touch from Lenovo as no one seems to be doing it in this segment, however, we found that you can get comparable results with digital zoom on competing smartphones.

After going through all the major parameters, the Lenovo K10 Note seems to be the phone we might have been waiting for under Rs 15,000, doesn't it? It's got a beefy Snapdragon 710 chipset to keep gamers happy, a large battery with fast charging to effortlessly get through a busy day, a pair of impressive cameras to keep you smiling during your occasional photography sessions and a decent display.

The Lenovo K10 Note is a first-rate effort from the company, but it doesn’t bring anything new to the table. There’s nothing particularly wrong with the device, but I’d urge you to take a closer look at what the competition has to offer.

The Lenovo K10 Note is not much to look at, especially in this black trim, and we are disappointed to see that the body is a big smudge magnet. Looking past these cosmetic shortcomings, it is the only phone in this segment with a telephoto camera, which is a feature that could often come in handy. We'll be testing the phone over the next couple of days, so don't forget to check back here soon for our full Lenovo K10 Note review.

Qualcomm Adreno 616:
