So, should you get the Vivo V50e over the older V40e? My answer would be a strict no, as there are not a lot of new features in the new phone to warrant an upgrade. Yes, the latest model looks significantly better with its quad-curved display and unique rear panel, but that's not enough to make me recommend it to those who own the Vivo V40e (Review). The phone also pales in comparison with other phones in the same price range, such as the Poco X7 Pro (Review), which delivers much better performance, a better display, and equally good cameras. The Vivo V50e is not a bad phone, but it's not a significant upgrade either. However, if you are looking at the phone as a first buy, then you might want to give it a shot.

Buy the Vivo V50e if you value a slim, elegant phone with a premium in-hand feel, or if you consume lots of content and appreciate AMOLED visuals, or if your usage is light to moderate, not gaming-heavy. Look elsewhere if you need powerful gaming performance, want good audio to go with your visuals, or need versatile camera hardware.

I found the overall performance of the Vivo V50e quite balanced in my review. This phone will be perfect for those who want a phone with a luxurious design, big battery and especially camera performance can go with this phone. Yes. This phone is not performance-centric and is not made for gamers. So, if you are looking for a gaming phone, other options are available in the market. There is also a concern about only UFS 2.0 storage, but it is ok for daily tasks. In the end, there are options available in the market at similar prices, like the Motorola Edge 50 Pro, Honor 200, Realme 14 Pro+, OnePlus Nord 4, Vivo T3 Ultra, etc. These phones are also camera-centric. So, you can compare all these phone specs with the Vivo V50e to make a better decision about purchase. Thanks for reading my Vivo V50e review. Comment your thoughts on this phone below.

Most mid-range phones try to focus on one primary aspect and fail to deliver a holistic experience. The Vivo V50e, however, is a well-balanced smartphone that caters to a wide range of users, although it doesn’t have any unique selling points. For anyone considering a new phone under Rs 30,000, the Vivo V50e is clearly a solid choice. That said, there are also strong alternatives like the OnePlus Nord 4 (review), iQOO Neo 10R (review), Poco X7 Pro, and the Nothing Phone 3a Pro (review), which shine in areas like performance and camera.

Earlier this year, we witnessed the launch of the Vivo V50, which grabbed much attention for its new camera features and sleek design. Now, the company has introduced another smartphone under the series, the Vivo V50e priced at Rs.28999 with compelling features and offerings. But, is it worth the hype? I have been using this mid-ranger for a couple of weeks to test performance, its hyped camera capabilities, and other crucial features to know if it's worth upgrading. Since the Vivo V50e is a camera-centred smartphone, I did not have many expectations for performance. However, the smartphone has excelled in several areas, including providing a vibrant display, lasting battery life, and much more. Therefore, check out this Vivo V50e review in 10 points and know if you should buy or skip.

The Vivo V50e proves that you don’t need to break the bank for a phone that excels where it matters. With its stunning AMOLED display, all-day battery life, and capable cameras, it ticks all the right boxes for the average user. The sleek design and IP69 rating add a touch of premium durability, while the fast 90W charging ensures you’re never tethered to an outlet for long. Performance is smooth for daily tasks and decent for gaming, though don’t expect flagship-level power. Sure, the software has some bloat, and the ultra-wide camera could be better, but these are minor compromises in an otherwise stellar package. For under Rs 30,000, the Vivo V50e delivers good value — especially if battery life and display quality are priorities. It’s not perfect, but it’s one of the most well-balanced mid-rangers out there.

The Vivo V50e aims to bring the stylish design and wedding-style portrait photography, exclusive to the V-series lineup, to a more affordable price point. It achieves this by delivering a well-rounded experience. The sleek and premium design, vibrant and sharp AMOLED display, reliable performance, excellent battery life with fast charging, and cameras that produce natural-looking shots all contribute to making it a compelling choice in its segment. That said, the smartphone leaves room for improvement in terms of performance, as some users may prefer more power. The display could also benefit from higher brightness for better outdoor visibility, and the cameras would be more appealing with added vibrancy and sharpness. Still, the Vivo V50e remains a solid choice for daily users who seek a good phone with great after-sales service. The handset has been priced in India starting at Rs 28,999.

The Vivo V50e 5G stands out with its stylish design, vibrant display, impressive camera, and long battery life. While it handles daily tasks well, the dated chipset holds it back in gaming. A solid choice for casual users, but not ideal for power users or gamers. The mid-range smartphone market in India is more competitive than ever, with brands constantly trying to outdo each other by offering premium features at accessible prices. From vibrant displays to powerful cameras and fast charging, users now expect a lot without having to spend a fortune. Well, Vivo has just launched a new contender in this space—the Vivo V50e 5G– which is priced at Rs 28,999. With its eye-catching design, the phone looks well-equipped to take on the competition. But does it live up to expectations in real-world use? I spent a good amount of time with the device to find out how it performs across key areas like design, display, performance, camera, and battery. Here’s my full review of the Vivo V50e 5G.
