EN→FRThe Acer Swift X 14 has a powerful Nvidia RTX 40-series GPU and a beastly CPU — and it only starts at $1,299. That is truly a great deal! Overall, the Acer Swift X 14 has a darling OLED display that is a visual treat. Plus, for photo and video editors who need a machine that can handle their workloads, the Swift X 14 has plenty of graphics and processing oomph (though you can hear them working with the fan noise kicking in). Plus, there's a microSD card for creators and a fingerprint reader for security-minded users. On top of that, you can squeeze out more than 8 hours from the Acer Swift X 14, which isn't half bad for a laptop with discrete graphics. Everything else, including the webcam, audio, and keyboard are yawn-worthy, but they're not terrible either. Overall, I'd definitely recommend the Swift X 14 to users who want a Windows PC who can handle their creative tasks during the day — and facilitate gaming at night.

That’s not because of flaws but, rather, a lack of advantages. Nearly every aspect of the laptop, from design to performance and even the display, is merely good for a mid-range laptop in 2024. Best Prices Today: $1599.99 at Best Buy | $2499 at Asus The Swift X 14’s most obvious allure is its price, which, at $1,699.99, matches or undercuts competitors like the HP Omen 14 Transcend, Asus Zenbook Pro 14 OLED, and Dell XPS 14. But the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 spoils Acer’s party, as it manages to deliver even better performance at a lower MSRP of $1,599.99. To be fair, the G14 we tested had only 16GB of RAM, but that’s the sole significant disadvantage against the Swift X 14.

EN→FRI recommend Acer's 2024 Swift X 14 to professionals looking for a powerful work laptop capable of doing a little bit of everything. Its hi-res display and powerful hardware can tackle tough tasks with ease, and it can even act as a solid gaming laptop. Unfortunately, it does have a lot of bloatware. Nearly 50 GB of the 1TB SSD is devoted to software you'll likely never use. Another thing to keep in mind is the cost. Prices start at $1,399.99 for the model with the GeForce RTX 4050 graphics card, whereas the review unit I had with the RTX 4070 runs for $1,699.99 on Acer's website.

EN→FRThe Swift X 14 isn’t the best-looking 14-inch laptop. In fact, it’s sort of clunky and not entirely modern. But that’s OK, because it’s a really fast laptop with a spectacular OLED display. It’s one of the more portable laptops for doing real creative work. The fact that it’s also more reasonably priced than some alternatives is what makes it a very attractive laptop. Yes, you can buy less expensive 14-inch laptops, but you won’t get this kind of performance. That makes the Swift X 14 an easy laptop to recommend.

Ce processeur Core Ultra de 1ère génération est venu remplacer les puces Core de 13ème génération ; il dispose de 16 cœurs (6 + 8 + 2) et de 22 threads. Ses cœurs Performance, au nombre de 6, tournent jusqu'à 4,8 GHz tandis que ses cœurs Efficient, au nombre de 10 (8 cœurs principaux plus 2 supplémentaires trouvés dans l'îlot basse consommation) tournent jusqu'à 3,8 GHz. Le NPU AI Boost intégré offre deux moteurs Gen 3 pour l'accélération matérielle des charges de travail d'IA.
