The cheapest 14-inch ThinkPad X1 Yoga is going for several hundred dollars more than this Slim model, and I’d much rather use the IdeaPad any day — while the Yoga has a number of security features and design staples that are worth a lot of money for its customer base, I legitimately think the IdeaPad’s bigger and better screen provides more benefit to your average consumer. And while the Slim 7 Pro may be hard to find, it’s worth remembering that if you’re considering buying the ThinkPads, MacBooks, and XPS’s of the world, you should make sure you’re not overlooking decent devices that could meet your needs at lower price points.

If you’re a professional that can afford to spend a bit more, you should buy something with an Intel processor. If you’re a hobbyist or just starting out, AMD Ryzen could be better for you. The big thing to consider is that performance takes nearly a 30% hit when you’re not connected to power.

EN→FRAt $1,011, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7 Pro is a real bargain among full-sized laptops, with a handsome 16-inch, 16:10 aspect ratio touch screen, a speedy CPU, a comfortable keyboard, ample memory, and a roomy solid-state drive. It's not a blazing gaming rig or mobile workstation, but it doesn't pretend to be. Its biggest negative is that it may be hard to find—during our review, it sold out and was marked "Temporarily Unavailable" on Lenovo's site. Here's hoping it comes back soon and Lenovo resists the temptation to boost the sticker when it realizes it has a winner on its hands.

EN→FRThe Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7 Pro is a welcome addition to the 16-inch laptop family. It’s well-built, reasonably thin and light, and fast enough for demanding productivity users and less demanding creators alike. And the display stands out for its brightness, contrast, and 120Hz refresh rate. Considering the $1,011 price, this is one heck of a value. The biggest caveat with the IdeaPad Slim 7 Pro, and this applies to any laptop purchased right now, is that it’s a little behind the curve in the CPU department. With AMD’s Ryzen 6000 series coming this year, we’re in a bit of a transition period. Of course, we have no idea how long it will take for the new chip to make it to laptops like this one, and the IdeaPad Slim 7 Pro is fast enough that it’s well worth buying today.

Carte graphique pour ordinateur portable de jeu de milieu de gamme basée sur la puce Ampere GA107. Elle offre 2048 shaders et est proposée dans différentes variantes TGP (consommation d'énergie) de 35 à 80 Watt avec des vitesses d'horloge et donc des performances différentes.
Ces cartes devraient être capables de faire tourner tout les jeux d'aujourd'hui, mais la plupart d'entre eux uniquement en détails moyens ou faibles et avec des résolution basses. Les plus vieux jeux ou les jeux moins gourmands restent jouables avec de beaux graphismes.
