EN→FR Archive.org versionThe Lenovo ThinkBook 13s is one of the best laptops I’ve used this year. It’s easily on the level of a MacBook in terms of hardware design and build quality. It has the performance chops to make it worthwhile and isn’t loaded with bloat like other Windows laptops. It’s an excellent machine that, for the right price, is definitely the Windows laptop to get for those who want to get work done on the go.

EN→FR Archive.org versionThe Lenovo ThinkBook 13s isn’t the kind of laptop you’ll want to show off to your friends but it is one that’s remarkably consistent at letting you get the job done. It features both plenty of modern conveniences and decent specs. The design doesn’t get everything right and there’s definitely room for improvement but after my time with the ThinkBook 13s, I’m taking the sub-brand a lot more seriously than I did before. If Lenovo stuck an SD card slot on this thing, I could almost see myself using one. There’s far more to the ThinkBook 13s than just the subtraction that Lenovo have done to draw a line between it and from the pricier ThinkPad lineup. Even if there are limitations and shortcoming, this isn’t a story about compromise. The ThinkBook 13s is an adept workplace PC that’s nice to look at and easy to rely on.

Intel UHD Graphics 620:
GPU intégré (GT2, 24 unités de calcul) que l'on trouve sur certains processeurs Kaby Lake Refresh (série ULV 15 W). Techniquement identique à la carte graphique Kaby Lake précédente, la HD Graphics 620.
Ces cartes devraient être capables de faire tourner tout les jeux d'aujourd'hui, mais la plupart d'entre eux uniquement en détails moyens ou faibles et avec des résolution basses. Les plus vieux jeux ou les jeux moins gourmands restent jouables avec de beaux graphismes.

i7-8565U:
Processeur quadricur Whiskey Lake basse consommatoin (techniquement identique aux processeur Kaby Lake mais gravé grâce à un procédé 14 nm++ amélioré). Les quatre curs sont cadencés entre 1,8 et 4,6 GHz (Turbo Boost) et prennent en charge l'HyperThreading.
