Après un moment passé avec lui, on peut dire que le Xiaomi Redmi 15 5G propose un compromis correct pour ceux qui cherchent un appareil endurant, confortable et fonctionnel sans se ruiner. Son écran XXL et son autonomie exceptionnelle placent la barre haut pour cette tranche tarifaire. Toutefois, l’appareil reste perfectible en termes de puissance ainsi que sur l’aspect des photos limité par l’absence d’un objectif ultra grand-angle et un zoom numérique très peu convaincant. Son design est sans surprise, son système HyperOS s’avère intuitif, mais l’expérience est tout de même gâchée, selon par la présence de très nombreux bloatwares et de publicité même jusqu’à l’écran de veille. Si le gaming ou la photo avancée sont des critères importants pour vous, il serait judicieux de regarder vers des modèles concurrents un peu plus chers.

Pour moins de 250 euros, Xiaomi tient ses promesses. Le Redmi 15 mise sur un grand écran, plutôt bien calibré, malgré une luminosité un peu juste. Les performances sont à la hauteur pour un usage quotidien, tant que vos attentes restent modérées en matière de réactivité. Côté photo, les résultats sont honorables. Ce n’est pas le meilleur à ce niveau de prix, mais il soutient la comparaison avec les concurrents. Le véritable atout reste l’autonomie. En usage classique, le smartphone peut facilement tenir plus d'une journée. Avec un profil plus économe, la durée grimpe encore. Il affiche même jusqu’à 27 heures de streaming vidéo en continu. The phone also has a fresh new design, with a bigger and brighter display, which should appeal to those watching content on the go. However, the phone leaves room for improvement in other aspects. CPU performance hasn't improved, not just over the Redmi 13 5G but also the Redmi 12 5G from two years ago, and the GPU performance improvement is still not enough to make the phone viable for gaming. The camera feels like a step back in some ways over the predecessor when it comes to stills, and the videos are still unusable due to a lack of stabilization.

Yes, we would have liked an AMOLED display, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and a few more megapixels on the other cameras, but we think that the massive battery and display do compensate for them. In many ways, the Redmi 15 is a classic Redmi mid-segmenter, with some distinctly Note-able genes of the Redmi Note kind. It just does everything pretty well, and thanks to that big battery, does so for a long time. It does well enough to have been a Note. Higher praise than that we cannot give in the mid-segment. At Rs 14,999, the Redmi 15 faces stiff competition, but stands tall (a phone that big would!), thanks to its steady performance and a battery that not only keeps the phone running but can also charge other phones!

Seuls les vieux jeux peuvent tourner de façon fluide sur ces ordinateurs (S'ils ne sont pas trop gourmands en ressources). Les coeurs à mémoire partagée de cette catégorie ont l'avantage d'être moins chaud et moins gourmand en énergie. Pour le bureau, internet, l'édition de photos, et le montage vidéo ces cartes graphiques n'ont aucune restrictions.
