You get a good screen, decent battery life, and the performance is not bad for the price, either. The main camera gives good results too. There is not one aspect or feature that will excite you, something that you usually get when you buy a new phone. Yet you will not really miss anything when it comes to day-to-day use. So as the title suggests, the Note 15 5G is a jack of all trades, while it doesn’t master a trade in particular, it doesn’t do anything wrong either. At a starting price of Rs 22,999 (8GB/128GB), the Redmi Note 15 5G can be a good, if a bit boring choice, when the likes of the CMF Phone 2 Pro and the Lava Agni 4 do provide more interesting propositions.

While official pricing has not yet been confirmed, the Redmi Note 14 launched at around $200 US, and a significant increase is not expected this year. At that price, the Redmi Note 15 delivers mid-range performance at a budget-friendly cost. Most of my complaints are easy to overlook given the value on offer, unless you specifically need a high-end camera for video work. Outside of that use case, the Redmi Note 15 consistently outperforms what its price suggests, combining strong optimization with excellent battery life. For a base model, the Redmi Note 15 performs well, lasts a long time and costs little, and while the camera will not thrill content creators, the rest of the phone consistently impressed and pleasantly surprised me.

Xiaomi:

La plupart des jeux pas trop demandants actuels peuvent tourner de façon fluide. soyez prêts à endurer un rendu graphique assez moche à cause de la basse résolution et des détails au minimum. Par ailleurs ces cartes sont suffisantes pour un travail de bureau et le visionnage de vidéos (pas évident pour la vidéo HD).

Qualcomm Adreno 810:

Qualcomm Adreno 710:

ARM Mali-G615 MP2: Puce graphique de milieu de gamme pour smartphones avec 2 des 6 cœurs possibles. Basée sur la quatrième génération de l'architecture Valhall. Offre un ombrage à taux variable.

Seuls les vieux jeux peuvent tourner de façon fluide sur ces ordinateurs (S'ils ne sont pas trop gourmands en ressources). Les coeurs à mémoire partagée de cette catégorie ont l'avantage d'être moins chaud et moins gourmand en énergie. Pour le bureau, internet, l'édition de photos, et le montage vidéo ces cartes graphiques n'ont aucune restrictions.

Mediatek Mediatek Helio G:

Helio G100: SoC octa-core basé sur ARM (2x Cortex-A76, 6x Cortex-A55) avec support 64-bit et fréquence d'horloge jusqu'à 2.2 GHz pour smartphones et tablettes. Il intègre un modem 4G LTE Cat-13. Contrairement au MediaTek Helio G96, le G99 est fabriqué à l'aide du processus 6nm plus moderne et a une fréquence d'horloge plus élevée.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 6:

SD 6 Gen 1: SoC de milieu de gamme avec 8 cœurs Kryo (4x ARM Cortex A78 à 2,4 GHz, 4x ARM Cortex A55 à 1,8 GHz) et un modem 5G (jusqu'à 2900 Mbps en téléchargement). La puce est fabriquée à l'aide du processus moderne 4nm.

Mediatek :

Dimensity 7400-Ultra: Le Dimensity 7400X est un processeur de milieu de gamme avec modem 5G intégré. La section CPU intègre quatre cœurs ARM Cortex-A78 cadencés à 2,6 GHz et quatre cœurs Cortex-A55 cadencés à 2 GHz. Par rapport à l'ancien 7300X, les cœurs A78 sont cadencés 100 MHz plus haut. Le SoC est fabriqué à l'aide du processus moderne 4nm. La variante Ultra est la version spéciale pour Xiaomi.
