À n’en pas douter, le Redmi Note 15 Pro+ est le meilleur de sa lignée en tous points. Il est puissant, son écran est beau et son autonomie est plus que confortable en plus de proposer de la charge rapide. En ce sens, il mérite votre attention si vous cherchez un smartphone sous les 500 euros. Ses défauts sont en revanche assez importants pour être rédhibitoires. L’interface débordant de publicités à nettoyer au premier démarrage et sa partie photo en retrait vont lui poser problème pour rester compétitif dans les prochains mois avec l’arrivée des prochains smartphones de Google, Nothing et Samsung. Si mettre un peu les mains dans le cambouis ne vous fait pas peur et que la photo n’est pas votre priorité, le Redmi Note 15 Pro+ reste un très bon candidat.

You've also got fantastic battery life and a solid set of specs, but the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus 5G isn't quite the perfect mid-range mobile. For one, the camera tech - while undoubtedly impressive at this price - isn't infallible. Snapping live subjects quite often results in blurry or slightly out-of-focus photos. Still, kids and pets aside, the low light camera results are certainly excellent. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus 5G has enough grunt from the Snapdragon chipset to play games like Genshin Impact and Wuthering Waves. You can also expect all-day battery life, or even a full weekend of play time on a single charge. Factor in the 100W wired charging and you should never run dry. Furthermore, I can’t help but feel like the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G’s battery is a lot less efficient than it should be. The unit is backed by a 6500mAh (typ) battery that, even with fairly standard usage, only holds a charge for less than a day. Users can switch fairly easily to the Battery Saver or Ultra Battery Saver modes to really extend the phone’s life, but I was genuinely depressed when it seemed like this brand-new device had the same battery capacity as my five-year-old Note 20. But aside from some minor inconveniences, I was seriously impressed with the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G and would recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to the big three mobile brands. At $499 USD (roughly $700 CAD) its a genuinely solid phone for a reasonably affordable price. Its serious power, impressive camera and solid functionality make it a worthwhile pocket companion. The Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G smartphone combines peak performance with a sleek design for a seriously impressive mobile device.

That said, Redmi really needs to fix the camera performance through software updates on both phones. Since neither of these phones is aimed at serious competitive gaming, I would suggest looking at the Infinix GT 30 if you want better gaming performance under NPR 40,000. And if camera quality is your top priority, the CMF Phone 2 Pro is a better option in my opinion.

Most of my complaints are easy to overlook given the value on offer, unless you specifically need a high-end camera for video work. Outside of that use case, the Redmi Note 15 consistently outperforms what its price suggests, combining strong optimization with excellent battery life. For a base model, the Redmi Note 15 performs well, lasts a long time and costs little, and while the camera will not thrill content creators, the rest of the phone consistently impressed and pleasantly surprised me.

Dans le protocole exigeant du Labo Fnac, ce modèle Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G tutoie les 19 heures d’endurance, ce qui se traduira par deux bonnes journées d’utilisation en usage réel. Ce smartphone offre également des performances très correctes si l’on met de côté la partie graphique qui montrera parfois ses limites sur certains jeux. La configuration photo du Note 15 Pro 5G est complète et pertinente.

La plupart des jeux pas trop demandants actuels peuvent tourner de façon fluide. soyez prêts à endurer un rendu graphique assez moche à cause de la basse résolution et des détails au minimum. Par ailleurs ces cartes sont suffisantes pour un travail de bureau et le visionnage de vidéos (pas évident pour la vidéo HD).

ARM Mali-G615 MP2: Puce graphique de milieu de gamme pour smartphones avec 2 des 6 cœurs possibles. Basée sur la quatrième génération de l'architecture Valhall. Offre un ombrage à taux variable.

Seuls les vieux jeux peuvent tourner de façon fluide sur ces ordinateurs (S'ils ne sont pas trop gourmands en ressources). Les coeurs à mémoire partagée de cette catégorie ont l'avantage d'être moins chaud et moins gourmand en énergie. La section CPU intègre quatre cœurs ARM Cortex-A78 cadencés à 2,6 GHz et quatre cœurs Cortex-A55 cadencés à 2 GHz. Par rapport à l'ancien 7300X, les cœurs A78 sont cadencés 100 MHz plus haut.
