Critiques pour le/la Nubia RedMagic 11 Air

80% Nubia Redmagic 11 Air review: Cool, light gaming on the go
Source: Tech Advisor Anglais EN→FR
The slimline, lighter format of the Air range does make them nicer day-to-day phones than the Redmagic Pro lineup. The 11 Air has very capable hardware, a clean design, and the addition of the fan is good news for the cooling system. It can play everything you’d want, and doesn’t kill your hands in the process. But, if you want the best gaming phone, the Redmagic 11 Pro has all the bells and whistles, not to mention the revolutionary liquid cooling system. So, it comes down to the old choice between comfort and speed. Take your pick.

80% RedMagic 11 Air Review: This $499 Gaming Phone Has No Business Being This Good
Source: Android Headlines Anglais EN→FR
At the end of the day, the RedMagic 11 Air is a really impressive package for the money. You’re getting a Snapdragon 8 Elite, a gorgeous 144Hz AMOLED display, a 7,000mAh battery, and a built-in cooling fan — all for just $499. That’s less than what a Pixel 9a was at launch, and you’re getting significantly more phone here. Sure, it’s running last year’s flagship chipset, but the Snapdragon 8 Elite is still an absolute beast, and unless you’re obsessing over benchmark numbers, you’re not going to notice the difference in everyday use or gaming.

ZTE nubia RedMagic 11 Air Specifications, Pros and Cons
Source: OI Spice Tech News Anglais EN→FR
The ZTE nubia Red Magic 11 Air was announced and released on January 20, 2026, and it clearly targets gamers and power users who want top-tier performance without compromise. It features a bold gaming design with an aviation-grade aluminum frame, Gorilla Glass protection on both sides, RGB lighting, and a built-in cooling fan. The phone feels solid at 207 g, and the IP54 rating adds basic protection against dust and water splashes. Nubia also includes pressure-sensitive shoulder zones, which add real value for mobile gaming. The overall build feels premium, aggressive, and purpose-built rather than flashy for no reason. The front is dominated by a large 6.85-inch AMOLED display with 1 billion colors, a 144Hz refresh rate, and ultra-high 2592Hz PWM dimming, making it smooth and easy on the eyes.

REDMAGIC 11 Air Review: Fan-cooled Gaming Flagship at Just 207g, $499
Source: Yanko Design Anglais EN→FR
REDMAGIC 11 Air takes the brand’s familiar ingredients, transparent design, RGB accents, active cooling, shoulder triggers, and wraps them in a slimmer chassis that feels more manageable than previous monsters. It does not pretend to be a mainstream flagship, but within its lane of delivering stable high‑fps gaming and distinct visual identity, it hits targets convincingly. The flagship silicon, thermal management, and gaming controls make it hard to ignore if mobile gaming matters to you.

RedMagic 11 Air review
Source: GSM Arena Anglais EN→FR
In all fairness, the RedMagic 11 Air is sort of unique, or at least the segment it targets is. It's a slim gaming phone with some hard-to-come-by gaming features. It can also be a good fit for Android enthusiasts who are looking for a flagship-level performance device with solid battery life at half the price of a flagship phone. In whichever user category you fall into, you will have to deal with a lackluster camera experience and a bit awkward translations across the OS, but these may not be deal breakers depending on where your priorities lie.

72% RedMagic 11 Air Review: A gaming phone on a diet
Source: Phone Arena Anglais EN→FR
The base 12/256GB version of the RedMagic 11 Air costs just $499. That's an important feature of this phone, because even midrange models are more expensive nowadays. The Samsung A56 starts at $549, and the midrange Pixel 9a matches the $499 price tag of the RedMagic 11 Air, but comes with a slower chipset and a plastic build. The RedMagic 11 Air is a good deal - for just $499 you're getting a cool-looking, sleek device, a powerful chipset, and solid battery life. Even if you're not a gamer, you can enjoy some of the gaming features this device has on board, as well. There are two major drawbacks—the camera system is not on par with modern flagships, especially the ultrawide camera. And there's no wireless charging, so if you're used to just throwing your phone on a charging mat when you get home, you won't be able to do it with the RedMagic 11 Air.

80% REDMAGIC 11 Air review: flagship game-ready performance and quality for half the cost
Source: Neowin Anglais EN→FR
It's clear to me this is more like a Fan Edition SKU rather than all of the emphasis being put on the weight and how thin it is in comparison to the flagship. It mostly employs the features from last year's "10" flagship series. Let's first talk about the good things. For one, I absolutely love the under-display camera. I was never a fan of camera cutouts, but all the flagships moved to it in an attempt to place larger screens and kill off any sort of bezel. I also love the price. Okay, you are getting a year-old spec for much cheaper than the competition, but it still beats many of last year's flagships in performance with that same Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and dedicated Redcore R4 gaming chip.

90% RedMagic 11 Air Review
Source: Trusted Reviews Anglais EN→FR
The RedMagic 11 Air is a massive improvement over the RedMagic 10 Air, and that was a device that was already easy to recommend. To summarise what’s new, there’s a fresh design with extra lighting zones, an active cooling system, a faster, brighter display, a bigger battery, and a faster SoC. That’s a lot of upgrades, and with a starting price of just £439/$499, it’s pretty tough to beat. The Poco F8 Pro is a strong contender, with the same chip inside, but it’ll cost you around £100 more, and it has a smaller battery. That’s not to say the RedMagic 11 Air is perfect, though. Despite what the name suggests, it’s actually heavier than the F8 Pro, and almost as thick.

Best Value Gaming Phone | RedMagic 11 Air Review
Source: Tech Spurt Anglais
Reviewing Nubia's RedMagic 11 Air, a 2026 gaming smartphone boasting top performance on a budget. While lacking some Pro features, the RedMagic 11 Air is a powerful phone ideal for Wuthering Waves and other demanding Android games. I've been testing it this past week and here's my verdict. First, you don't lose too much vs the Red Magic 11 Pro (which I reviewed last year). That liquid cooling tech is gone and the Air rocks the OG Snapdragon 8 Elite, rather than Gen 5. However, the RedMagic 11 Air can still pump out a stable 60FPS with Wuthering Waves, even on the highest graphics settings, and stay cool too. This is one of the best - and sure, only - gaming smartphones at this price point.
