Le Alienware X15 R2 est un PC portable avec des composants excellents. Il propose des performances globales correctes, avec une compacité remarquable. Son écran est bon et propose un taux de rafraichissement permettant d’exploiter les jeux FPS sans souci. Malgré une autonomie faible, voire même très faible pour un 15,6 pouces, il permet une utilisation pendant plus ou moins 4 heures.

Having the ability to flip between games and serious work is a major benefit in a laptop, and certainly beats having one computer for work and another for play. The Alienware X15 R2 would make a fine addition to any desk, as long as you’re prepared to put up with the lighting and have a higher-res monitor to hook it up to in order to make the most of its pixel-pushing potential. At more than £2000, whether it represents good value for money is a different question, as it shares a marketplace with the MSI Creator Z17 and ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 which are also powerful, expensive beasts, and you can pick up a 14in M2 MacBook Pro for around the same cost. The Alienware has its looks and a long gaming pedigree to fall back on, but despite being an excellent laptop, it’s far from the only game in town.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU:

Carte graphique haut de gamme pour ordinateur portable basée sur la puce Ampere GA103S. Au moment de son lancement, début 2022, la 3080 Ti est la carte graphique pour ordinateur portable la plus rapide du marché.

Ces cartes graphiques devraient être capables de faire tourner tout les jeux récents (avec quelques exceptions) en haute résolution avec un bon niveau de détail.

i7-12700H:

Un processeur mobile basé sur Alder-Lake avec 6 cœurs de performance et 8 cœurs efficaces. Les cœurs de performance offrent un hyper threading, ce qui permet de traiter 20 threads. Le processeur fonctionne à des fréquences allant de 1,7 à 4,7 GHz et prend en charge vPro.
