Encore une fois, nous avons eu affaire à une machine à la qualité irréprochable. C’est propre et il n’y a rien à dire là-dessus. Le look ne laisse pas indifférent, il est tout aussi sobre par sa conception que tape à l’œil grâce à son RGB, mais ce qui nous intéresse ici, c’est ce qu’il se passe à l’intérieur. Et encore une fois, la machine propose des performances hors normes et se place en tête dans quasiment tous les classements. Ce qui en fait une machine permettant un confort que l’on soit dans le gaming ou le professionnel et elle le fait de manière fraiche comparé à la concurrence. Mais cela ne se fait pas sans concession, on entend la machine et cela peut rebuter les amateurs de silence. La batterie en prend aussi pour son grade et ce, malgré le fait qu’elle ait été poussée à son maximum. Enfin, encore une fois nous n’avons pas réussi à démonter la machine, la bande d’aluminium se pliait sous nos outils, un bien dommage pour l’entretien. Maintenant vient le tarif, aussi beau soit-il, tout le monde n’a pas autant à mettre dans un ordinateur pareil, surtout que l’on reçoit ce sample à quelques jours avant la sortie des RTX 4000 et Intel 13000. Si bien que le tarif de 5000 € n’est plus sur le site de Lenovo, le produit a simplement été retiré pour justement laisser place à la nouvelle génération. Si vous avez le budget pour ça, le mieux étant de prendre cette nouvelle génération, pour les autres nous vous conseillons d’attendre quelques promos afin d’écouler les stocks.

There’s only a handful of laptops of the same specs sheet and similar form factor in the same space as the Legion 7i 2022 and many of them exhibit the same behavior so ultimately, the decision will boil down to your personal preference. In the case of the Legion 7i 2022, there is the 3-year Premium Care warranty as well as the Accidental Damage Protection which is also served on top of Microsoft Office. This does sweeten the deal to the point that its really hard to justify going for another brand especially if you’re trying to max out your purchase. Lenovo Legion 7i 2022 Review: Improved Intel Performance, Same Old Chassis

As is the case with all top-end gaming laptops, the Lenovo Legion7i is the epitome of power, performance, and to a lesser extent, portability. I say lesser because despite being just 15.6-inches in size, it still leans towards the side of heavy at 2.5kg. Of course, that doesn’t change the fact that this is a laptop of unbridled power with a pretty severe issue of battery endurance. Naturally, there are some drawbacks to the Lenovo Legion 7i, one of which is the heat and noise generated by it when put to the task. Well, that and the fact that this highest-range SKU basically retails for just a little over RM15000. To be fair, though, that is more or less the typical retail cost for a gaming laptop of this calibre, and as our benchmarks show, you won’t be left wanting or craving for something more powerful. At least, that is until the next best thing comes along, but that’s unlikely to happen for the next several years. So, if you think your wallet can handle the blow and you’re ready to take the leap with Lenovo, then this laptop might as well have your name on it.

The Legion 7i Gen 7 is a solid technology refresh and retains everything we liked about the Gen 6 model, from its snazzy RGB lighting and comfortable input devices to its fabulous screen and ample connectivity. Its new Intel Core HX-class processor vaults its performance to another level, and like its predecessor at review time, it’s one of the very fastest gaming laptops we’ve tested. This laptop's only real downsides are ones you might accept for this level of performance: somewhat overreactive fans (at least for general use) and short battery life. The battery is the main reason we recommend the AMD version of this laptop, the Legion 7 Gen 7, as our Editors' Choice winner among 16-inch gaming machines. However, do not overlook the Legion 7i Gen 7 if battery isn’t a priority and you want every bit of performance that can be had without jumping up to the jumbo-sized MSI GT77 Titan.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU:

Carte graphique haut de gamme pour ordinateur portable basée sur la puce Ampere GA103S. Au moment de son lancement, début 2022, la 3080 Ti est la carte graphique pour ordinateur portable la plus rapide du marché.

Ces cartes graphiques devraient être capables de faire tourner tout les jeux récents (avec quelques exceptions) en haute résolution avec un bon niveau de détail.

i9-12900HX: CPU mobile basé sur Alder Lake avec 8 cœurs de performance et 8 cœurs d'efficacité. Les cœurs de performance offrent un hyper threading, ce qui permet de traiter 24 threads. L'horloge de l'unité centrale est comprise entre 1,7 et 5 GHz. L'unité centrale ne prend pas en charge vPro et la mémoire ECC.
