EN→FRThe Asus ProArt PX13 GoPro Edition has been one of the most thoroughly impressive laptops I’ve tested. Its AMD Radeon 8060S integrated graphics outpace another version of this 13-inch 2-in-1 laptop I tested previously, which was equipped with a discrete Nvidia RTX 4050 GPU. It’s wild how much better this GoPro Edition laptop is. Not only are all the benchmark scores higher, but I also saw over three times the battery life (up to 13 hours) on this new machine. Unfortunately, the big but here is the $2,999 price. That’s much higher than the standard Asus ProArt PX13, which costs a much lower $1,799. For your $3K, you get some nice bundled extras, including two cases and a smart pen – but they all have their own flaws. The pen, for instance, doesn’t stow anywhere on the laptop and comes with a specialized charger. Meanwhile, the cases offer a nice way to carry your laptop with some GoPro gear, but I would happily swap these for a lower price. The Asus ProArt PX13 GoPro Edition isn’t without other flaws.

EN→FRMy enthusiasm for the ASUS ProArt GoPro Edition (PX13 | HN7306) steadily grew over the course of my time with it. I went into testing this laptop with a healthy dose of skepticism; ASUS ProArt products are generally very good (I own and use a ProArt laptop myself), but the PX13 kept delivering new and welcome surprises at every turn. I initially believed that the steep price tag of the ProArt GoPro Edition might be too bitter a pill to overcome, but came away with the impression of a device that's worth what it costs. Thanks to a powerful processor and 128GB of unified memory, it's able to handle shockingly demanding processes, such as the fluid editing of 8K 360 video. The only serious downside here is that it runs Windows 11, but that's a complaint I'd level against most modern laptops. I would also appreciate a few design tweaks to make the laptop even more rugged. Overall though, the PX13 is one of the most well rounded devices I've tested, and it jives really nicely with the GoPro branding. I certainly appreciate the included accessories, and one might look at the ProArt GoPro Edition as a natural companion to a GoPro Max 2, or one of GoPro's enticing new cameras which they've been teasing. The ASUS ProArt GoPro Edition (PX13 | HN7306) is without a doubt the most versatile laptop I've ever used. It's available on ASUS's online store for $2,999.

EN→FRThe ASUS ProArt GoPro Edition PX13 builds on a solid foundation and pushes it further with a meaningful performance upgrade. The introduction of AMD's Ryzen AI Max+ 395 brings a massive jump in compute performance, significantly stronger integrated graphics, and capable AI acceleration, all within a compact and versatile 13-inch form factor. Add to that the colour-accurate 3K OLED display, flexible 360-degree hinge design, and thoughtful creator-centric features like the DialPad and stylus support, and the PX13 continues to stand out as a highly portable yet powerful machine for content creators. However, there are some compromises. The 60Hz panel feels limited at this price point, the webcam quality is below average, and battery life, while decent, doesn't quite match the efficiency of competing platforms. The lack of a full-size SD card slot may also be a concern for some professional users. At a steep asking price of Rs 3,34,990, the ProArt GoPro Edition PX13 clearly sits in the premium segment. It's not a device for everyone, but for creators who specifically need a compact, versatile machine with strong CPU performance, capable graphics, and a large pool of unified memory. For what it's worth, it offers a unique combination that's hard to find elsewhere.

EN→FRThe choices Asus and GoPro have made for the PX13 GoPro edition make a lot of sense if you’re building a mobile workstation for photo and video editing. The enormous amount of RAM, backed by strong CPU and GPU performance, makes it a smooth and responsive laptop to use in editing apps, and also as a general-purpose PC for whatever else you need to do. The high level of connectivity means you can set it up with external SSDs and monitors at the heart of a desktop setup only to whip it away when you need to head into the field for filming, and there's real value in that. The major downside of the PX13 GoPro Edition is its high price, though this has become par for the course for highly specced laptops, especially those with so much RAM.

EN→FROverall, I've had a really great time using the Asus ProArt GoPro Edition (PX13) as my daily laptop over the past month. Thanks to the stacked hardware inside, I didn't miss my MacBook Pro at all, and that 128GB of RAM is simply incredible for multitasking, creative apps, and even gaming. That said, the price tag is the real elephant in the room. At $3,000, it's asking a lot. While the hardware backs it up, it's hard not to compare it to something like the 14-inch M5 Pro MacBook Pro with 2TB of storage and 48GB of RAM, which you can get for $3,000 instead. Still, if you're a creator who prefers Windows to macOS and want a portable, sleek, durable, and seriously powerful Windows laptop -- and you can justify the $3,000 price tag -- the Asus ProArt GoPro Edition (PX13) won't disappoint.

EN→FRThis is a laptop built for creators, so I tried to use it like your typical GoPro jockey. I had extra footage from amongst the many cameras in the Gizmodo office. I spooled back through current and previous historical fencing sparring matches and crafted a few clips for my friends’ social media accounts. The laptop tended to go from 100% to 50% in about 1.5 hours of editing video. This was on the maximum brightness setting (because without a bright screen I could barely make out the footage in a dark room). The laptop tends to lose juice rather quickly on standby power. A full 24 hours after shutting the laptop lid after a video editing stint, the ProArt PX13 lost a full 10% while in the carrying bag.

EN→FRASUS has made another lovely laptop in the GoPro Edition PX13, with a sensible choice of processor and an awful lot of RAM. Whether it’s the right choice for you depends on two things: how many times you’ll press the special key that summons GoPro’s software, and whether you want to spend this much on a machine that can be equaled by cheaper models.

EN→FRSo where does that leave the Asus ProArt GoPro edition? Well, in the spirit of the name, it feels like the ProArt PX13 has finally gone pro. It’s a sleek, stylish laptop that achieves a feeling like it's worth the lofty price tag attached to it. The move to Strix Halo has liberated this 13-inch machine from bad battery life and turned it into a serious portable creation station. And looking past the lack of a full-size SD card slot and the weird StoryCube and MusTree apps, this has the chops to really power through your workload. As someone who daily drives a MacBook Pro for all my video, music, and graphic design work, a few weeks with this have shown me that there is a world outside of Apple where I can get things done.

Unboxing the ASUS ProArt GoPro Edition laptop, an excellent 2026 option for video editing and creators on the move. This is the ProArt PX13 notebook with AMD's Ryzen AI MAX+ 395, plus GoPro inspired design and bonuses like a 12-month Premium+ subscription. Here's my full tour of the ProArt GoPro Edition, and thanks to ASUS for sponsoring this video!

EN→FRMy only complaint with Asus ProArt PX13 GoPro Edition is that I want a bit more battery life, especially having seen what Apple and HP are getting out of their laptops. That said, I didn't have any issues with it dying during my work, though I didn't really travel that far with it.

EN→FRASUS is one of the few PC manufacturers trying to compete with Apple in the creator market, and with the ProArt GoPro Edition laptop, it has largely succeeded. This model offers excellent performance and battery life, a huge amount of memory, a very nice OLED HDR display, a nice range of ports and an excellent keyboard and trackpad. It easily handled my typical video and photo editing chores, even on battery power alone, and the included GoPro features like the Storyblocks cloud storage are a nice option for action cam users. The convertible configuration and touchscreen with pen option are also useful to artists and photo editors. However, this laptop is not cheap at $3,000, which is the same price as a high-end 16-inch MacBook Pro M4 Pro.

EN→FRThe ProArt GoPro Edition PX13 is a very capable and compact machine for creatives with a beefy Strix Halo chip, a dazzling OLED screen and a feature-rich set of ports. Its build quality is excellent, while the subtle GoPro nods are a pleasant touch. Just watch out for its dear cost, plus the okay battery life against rivals. The likes of the Samsung Galaxy Book6 Pro may not have as much raw grunt with its Intel Panther Lake chip inside, and its port selection isn’t quite as strong, but it provides an extra three inches of screen real estate, a 120Hz OLED screen and much stronger battery life for nearly £1000 less. With this in mind, this Asus x GoPro collaboration has borne some very rich fruit if you’re after a small and very beefy ultrabook for video editing and lots more besides. EN→FRAs a side note, there’s another update of this series ready for 2026, with the TUF A14 FA401G refresh that bundles an updated Ryzen AI Series platform with up to an RTX 5060 115W (with 130W total sustained power in Manual mode). This is going to hold an edge in GPU loads and especially in games where DLSS 4.0 can play an important role, as it is somehow a higher power implementation than the 2025 A14 models. But this is going to run warmer and louder (45-48 dBA at full blast), even if the power increase might also come with an updated thermal module, perhaps.
