Si seulement son écran affichait de plus belles couleurs. C’est ce que nous nous sommes dit à l’issue de notre test de ce Gigabyte Gaming 16, qui écopera donc d’un 8/10 bien mérité dans nos colonnes… au lieu du 9/10 qu’il aurait pu décrocher si le constructeur taïwanais l’avait orné d’une dalle de meilleure facture. Pour son prix, dans l’ombre de ses grands frères de la gamme Aorus plus prestigieuse, ce modèle entrée de gamme s’en sort admirablement bien, affichant de solides performances en 1200p, ainsi qu’une prestation très convenable côté refroidissement.

The combination of Intel’s Core 7 240H and an RTX 5080 produce mostly good gaming results and the 32GB of LPDDR5x memory keeps everything running smoothly, though is sadly not upgradeable due to being soldered. The dual 1TB SSDs offer plenty of space, but one of the M.2 slots runs at slower speeds, which feels like a missed opportunity in an otherwise solid setup. The 16-inch, 2560×1600 IPS panel display is decent. It offers good sharpness and smooth motion, though it lacks the contrast of pricier OLED alternatives. The keyboard and trackpad are serviceable: comfortable enough for daily use but nothing exceptional, with cramped arrow keys and a slightly hollow trackpad click. Connectivity is practical, though the left-side charging port can get in the way and an SD card reader would’ve been a welcome inclusion.

Gigabyte propose une large gamme de produits, notamment des cartes mères, des cartes graphiques, des ordinateurs portables, des moniteurs, des systèmes et des composants. Les ordinateurs portables de Gigabyte offrent des fonctionnalités de jeu et de création en déplacement. Les moniteurs Gigabyte offrent 4K Pro Gaming.
Ces cartes graphiques devraient être capables de faire tourner tout les jeux récents (avec quelques exceptions) en haute résolution avec un bon niveau de détail.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop: Une prochaine carte graphique de la famille Blackwell pour ordinateurs portables, que la Team Green présentera très probablement au CES 2025. Si l'on considère que l'ordinateur portable 4070 possède 4 608 shaders unifiés (cœurs CUDA), la 5070 aura très probablement plus de 5 000 shaders.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Laptop: Carte graphique rapide de la famille Blackwell pour ordinateurs portables, basée sur la puce GB203 et utilisant 8 192 shaders et 16 Go de mémoire graphique GDDR7 (bus graphique 256 bits).
Ces cartes graphiques de milieu de gamme peuvent faire tourner tout les jeux récents de façon fluide. Les jeux gourmands ne peuvent être joués qu'avec les détails réglés sur moyen.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU:
Carte graphique de milieu de gamme pour ordinateurs portables basée sur l'architecture Ada Lovelace. Offre 6 GB GDDR6 (96 Bit) et est configurable avec un TGP de 35 - 115W (+ Dynamic Boost).
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 Laptop: Carte graphique d'entrée de gamme de la famille Blackwell pour Latpops avec 2560 shaders unifiés (cœurs CUDA) et une fréquence d'horloge de 1500 à 2662 MHz selon le réglage du TDP. Selon Nvidia, les performances sans DLSS et sans génération de trames devraient être comparables à celles d'une RTX 4060.

Intel Raptor Lake-H:
i7-13620H: CPU mobile basé sur Alder Lake avec 6 cœurs de performance et 4 cœurs d'efficacité. Les cœurs de performance offrent l'hyper threading, ce qui permet de traiter 16 threads. Le CPU est cadencé entre 1,8 et 4,9 GHz et prend en charge vPro.
Core 7 240H: CPU mobile basé sur Alder Lake avec 6 cœurs de performance et 4 cœurs efficaces. Les cœurs de performance offrent un hyper threading pour 16 threads au total. Le processeur fonctionne entre 1,8 et 5,2 GHz. Par rapport à l'ancien Core i7-13620H, le Core 7 240H offre des vitesses d'horloge plus élevées (en particulier Turbo Boost) et la prise en charge de la DDR5-5600.
AMD Hawk Point (Zen 4/4c):
R7 260: Une puce rapide de la famille Hawk Point qui a vu le jour au premier semestre 2025. La puce est identique à l'ancien Ryzen 7 8845HS et est donc un CPU à 8 cœurs basé sur Zen 4 fonctionnant jusqu'à 5,1 GHz. De plus, la puce intègre un NPU dédié avec 16 TOPS.
