But if you can't afford to crank the sliders up to the top, it's no different from most consumer laptops, except the price tag is twice what you'd expect to pay for a comparable Arrow Lake mobile clamshell with no discrete GPU. That said, anyone needing a mobile workstation won't be settling for second-best, which means speccing it out to the nines. In this realm, value takes a backseat to the simple equation of "can it do the task or not," and in that calculus, the HP ZBook X G1i is very good indeed. The only question mark is over the 8GB of VRAM on the discrete GPU, because while it's enough for video editing or other creative tasks, it's nowhere near enough to deal with many of the AI models that you might want to use in the field.

Fondée en 1939, la société américaine est un important fabricant de serveurs et d'imprimantes et l'une des principales sociétés informatiques au monde. Jusqu'en 2015, la société s'appelait Hewlett-Packard Company. Après une scission, la division informatique a été renommée HP Inc.
En 2023, HP détenait une part de marché approximative de 22 % des ventes mondiales de PC, ce qui en faisait le numéro 2 après Lenovo.
Ces cartes graphiques de milieu de gamme peuvent faire tourner tout les jeux récents de façon fluide. Les jeux gourmands ne peuvent être joués qu'avec les détails réglés sur moyen.
NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000 Max-Q:
Carte graphique pour PC portables haut de gamme, basée sur la puce TU104, avec 3 072 nuanceurs et 16 Go de VRAM GDDR6. Par rapport à la version mobile classique, la version Max-Q possède une fréquence revue à la baisse, et fonctionne de façon plus efficiente. Nous avons rencontré trois variantes avec des fréquences et des niveauxde consommations différentes (80, 85 et 90 W).

Intel Comet Lake:
W-10885M: Sur l'architecture Coffee Lake, processeur pour ordinateurs portables gros et lourds. Il intègre huit cœurs de processeur cadencés à 2,4 - 5,3 GHz qui prennent en charge l'HyperThreading. Fabriqué selon un processus amélioré de 14 nm (14nm++). L'Intel Xeon W-10885M prend en charge les fonctions de gestion vPro, TXT et SIPP et est la version professionnelle de l'Intel Core i9-10885H.
Intel Arrow Lake:
Ultra 7 265H: Processeur mobile haut de gamme basé sur l'architecture Arrow Lake avec 16 cœurs répartis en 3 clusters. Les 6 cœurs P les plus rapides cadencent jusqu'à 5,3 GHz. Il y a également 8 petits cœurs E pouvant atteindre 4,5 GHz et 2 petits cœurs à faible consommation (même architecture) pouvant atteindre 2,5 GHz. Il intègre un petit NPU avec une performance de pointe de 13 TOPS et prend en charge vPro Enterprise.
