The 2025 HP Omen Transcend 14 is a solid update from last generation. Featuring a premium aluminum design, 3.6 lbs. weight and a 3K OLED 120Hz display, it competes with the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 and Razer Blade 14 (with HP often coming in as the least expensive). It’s available with Intel Core Ultra 7 255H and Core Ultra 9 285H CPUs, and up to an NVIDIA RTX 5070 GPU. Four zone and per keyboard RGB lighting options, a Windows Hello IR camera, Thunderbolt 4 and a compact 140 watt USB-C charger round out the features. It has the best battery life and cooler, quieter operation among the 14” gaming laptop competitors.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop: Une prochaine carte graphique de la famille Blackwell pour ordinateurs portables, que la Team Green présentera très probablement au CES 2025. Si l'on considère que l'ordinateur portable 4070 possède 4 608 shaders unifiés (cœurs CUDA), la 5070 aura très probablement plus de 5 000 shaders.
Ces cartes graphiques devraient être capables de faire tourner tout les jeux récents (avec quelques exceptions) en haute résolution avec un bon niveau de détail.

Ultra 9 285H: Processeur mobile haut de gamme basé sur l'architecture Arrow Lake avec 16 cœurs répartis en 3 clusters. Les 6 cœurs P rapides cadencent jusqu'à 5,4 GHz. Il y a également 8 petits cœurs E pouvant atteindre 4,5 GHz et 2 petits cœurs à faible consommation (même architecture) pouvant atteindre 2,5 GHz. Le SoC intègre un petit NPU avec une performance de pointe de 13 TOPS et prend en charge vPro Enterprise.
