Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i 14IPH11
Points positifs

EN→FRUltimately, the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition is a laser-focused ultraportable designed for a specific type of user. If your primary goal is owning a laptop that feels almost weightless in your bag, delivers an extraordinary OLED visual experience, and easily lasts through a full workday, Lenovo has delivered one of the most refined Windows ultrabooks on the market.

EN→FRThe Lenovo Yoga Slim 7X Gen 11 is among the best laptops in its class if you’re happy to prioritise practicality and the fundamentals over flashy stuff and extra features. Highlights include an excellent keyboard, a bright OLED screen (in the top spec), very long battery life, and world-trotting portability. Our review spec doesn’t have a desirable end-to-end glass screen, nor a touchscreen, but you can spec that. Lenovo offers options in its configurator, leaving the speakers as the only grating issue.

EN→FRI can't deny that this is a very nice laptop, especially if you cherish portability and screen quality over raw power. But it's also hard to stomach the Yoga Slim 7i's $2,000 starting price. It's currently $2,250 at Best Buy for our review configuration with 32GB of RAM and a 1TB hard drive.

EN→FRThis Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Ultra is a great compact laptop that feels appreciably lightweight and looks good to boot. This workhorse 14-inch model is a good fit for a carryable bag, which makes it a perfect companion to tote around for classes or work. If you’re not wedded to Windows, the 13-inch MacBook Air also delivers excellent performance with its Apple silicon and has a starting price of just $1,300. And if battery life is your big dealbreaker, the Dell XPS 14 still edged out the Yoga Slim 7i Ultra by a couple of hours in our tests.

EN→FRThe Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition Gen 11 (14IPH11) is an ultra-portable, premium machine with a gorgeous OLED screen that easily sails past the 1000-nit mark in HDR mode. It brings modern I/O, an outstanding trackpad, and a solid keyboard to the table.

EN→FRIn many ways, the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Ultra Aura Edition is an impressive machine. Not only is it one of the thinnest and lightest 14-inch laptops on the market, but it comes with a beautiful OLED screen and excellent speakers. The laptop's newer components facilitate both moderate productivity work and light gaming. Still, you can enjoy similar (or better) performance from much cheaper competitors.

EN→FRThe 14-inch Slim 7i stands as one of my all-time favorite Windows laptops, and the Ultra Aura Edition (Gen 11) carries over much of what I valued in its predecessors. With Panther Lake, this ultra-lightweight PC lasts all day (and beyond), but I'd happily trade some of its battery life for the higher-end Core Ultra X7/X9 processors that Lenovo currently offers outside the US. With the Core Ultra 7 355, it'll still have tremendous appeal towards frequent travelers.

EN→FRThe Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Ultra Aura Edition sure does have "aura", as the kids say. If you do shell out the cash required to grab one, you won't regret it, but if you're looking for something that's the ultimate value, this machine isn't it. It's beautiful, light, performant, and a superb example of what Panther Lake is capable of.

EN→FRIf you're set on getting a thin and light Windows laptop, you have better options. To name a couple, we really liked the Acer Swift Edge 14 -- and while it's not as light at the Slim 7 Ultra, it's close. But if you want my strongest recommendation, I'd have you consider the 2026 version of the ASUS Zenbook 14, which has the speedy ARM-based Snapdragon X2 Elite 18 core CPU in a package that weighs just tad more than this Lenovo and has much better battery life. But me? I'm sticking to Mac, but I will say that if this laptop had better performance, more ports, was less money and had a less reflective screen, the weight factor could compel me to buy one of these for personal use, but I wouldn't switch from my MacBook Pro. Overall, I find Windows much less satisfying to use than MacOS and so only if the notebook's hardware was extremely compelling would I switch — this comes close, but not close enough.
