Le Lenovo Yoga 530-14ARR est un appareil de 14 pouces bien conçu, intégré dans un châssis compact en plastique et métal. Son APU Ryzen est performant, et s’avère capable de surpasser ses concurrents Intel d’une bonne marge dans nos tests graphiques, et de rester à leur niveau dans les tests processeur multithread. Les processeurs i5 et i7 d’Intel restent néanmoins le meilleur choix pour les sollicitations monocœur.

Le convertible possède tout ce qu’il faut pour la bureautique : un processeur puissant, un SSD rapide, de la RAM double canal, et un excellent clavier rétroéclairé. Il est comparativement frais et silencieux quelles que soient les sollicitations, et l’autonomie est correcte.

Le Yoga 530-14ARR de Lenovo est un convertible honnête bien construit. Il n’est cependant pas parfait…

Alors que l’écran tactile IPS offre un contraste honnête et de larges angles de vision, sa luminosité maximale n’est pas suffisante, le rendant presque inutilisable à l’extérieur. Sa couverture de l’espace colorimétrique est également inférieure à la moyenne. Il est en revanche compatible avec les stylets grâce à l’Active Pen de Lenovo.

Ses principaux défauts sont cependant en lien avec la connectivité. Le modem Wifi est très lent, tout comme le lecteur de carte intégré. Le port USB C ne supporte que les périphériques USB, et ne prend pas en charge le DisplayPort, ni la charge du portable - ce qui est attendu pour les appareils compacts et mobiles en 2019.
