Le rétroéclairage de l'écran scintille à la fréquence de 520 Hz (certainement du fait de l'utilisation d'une MDI - Modulation de largeur d'impulsion) à un niveau de luminosité inférieur ou égal à 90 % . Aucun scintillement ne devrait être perceptible au-dessus de cette valeur.

La fréquence de rafraîchissement de 520 Hz est élevée, la grande majorité des utilisateurs ne devrait pas percevoir de scintillements et être sujette à une fatigue oculaire accrue.

Le Lenovo Yoga 530-14IKB est une appareil impressionnant avec quelques compromis - qu'il fallait prévoir, vu le prix de l’appareil. Mais le nombre de points négatifs est quelque peu trompeur - nous avons noté son poids élevé, son Wifi inférieur à la moyenne, sa faible couverture de l’espace colorimétrique, et son autonomie comparativement réduite.

Du côté des points positifs, l’appareil est bien conçu, et son châssis est robuste. L’appareil Lenovo a équipé le Yoga 530 de fonctionnalités de sécurité modernes, et de bons périphériques d’entrée. De plus, l’écran possède un excellent contraste et des noirs incroyablement faibles. La RAM n’est que de 8 Go, mais cela peut être amélioré avec un plus gros pagefile (mémoire virtuelle) sur le SSD rapide. L’appareil est également exceptionnellement frais et silencieux.

Dans notre test, le Yoga 530 arrive en deuxième position, derrière le HP ProBook x360 440 G1. Celui-ci est plus cher, mais fait moins de compromis, et possède une trappe de maintenance, une webcam infrarouge, un module LTE, et possède une meilleure autonomie. Le ProBook x360 est cependant plus lourd et possède des ventilateurs plus aigus.

Le Lenovo Yoga 530-14IKB 81EK00CWGE est l’un des meilleurs convertibles dans les 800 €, malgré ses compromis. Ce bon ratio prix-performances semble s’appliquer à l’ensemble de la série.
