La dernière station de travail mobile de Dell est l'une des plus légères et des plus rapides à ce jour, principalement grâce au nouveau GPU Nvidia RTX 5000. Les performances par watt sont excellentes et nous espérons voir l'adaptateur secteur USB-C 165 W sur d'autres modèles Dell.

EN→FRI like using the Dell Precision 5680 because it feels like a slightly bigger, beefier version of the elegant, streamlined laptops I've come to expect from Dell. With its easy-to-carry frame, big screen and strong performance it's probably the closest thing I've yet seen to an OLED-equipped Dell XPS 17, and it will be for the foreseeable future—or at least, until Dell decides to sell an XPS 17 OLED. But as much as I like the Precision 5680, it's hard to see a lot of cases where I'd recommend it to someone over another laptop. It can't last as long on battery or perform as well (at least in basic benchmarks) as Apple's MacBook Pros, it can't run games as well as the best gaming laptops, and its performance relative to other 16-inch 4K workstations we've tested this year is mixed.

EN→FRLike its rivals, the Dell Precision 5680 is expensive—although the company tells us that 99 out of 100 Precisions are bought at corporate bulk discounts rather than the Dell.com prices we cite—but we're suckers for high SPECviewperf scores. If you can live with 64GB instead of 128GB of RAM, it's every bit the equal of the Lenovo ThinkPad P16—the latter has a higher-quality keyboard and touchpad along with two USB Type-A ports. However, the Dell Precision 5680 is considerably more portable, earning our Editors' Choice award among mobile workstations.

NVIDIA RTX 5000 Ada Generation Laptop:
Carte graphique professionnelle haut de gamme pour ordinateur portable basée sur l'architecture Ada Lovelace. Elle utilise la même puce AD103 que le GPU RTX 4090 pour ordinateur portable avec 9 728 cœurs CUDA et 16 Go de VRAM GDDR6 avec un bus mémoire de 256 bits. Le TDP peut varier de 80 à 175 Watt.
Ces cartes graphiques devraient être capables de faire tourner tout les jeux récents (avec quelques exceptions) en haute résolution avec un bon niveau de détail.

i9-13900H: CPU mobile basé sur Alder Lake avec 6 cœurs de performance et 8 cœurs efficaces. Les cœurs de performance offrent l'hyper threading, ce qui permet de traiter 20 threads. L'horloge du processeur tourne à 5,4 GHz. Par rapport à l'i9-13900HK, il n'y a pas d'overclocking facile, mais un ensemble complet de fonctions de gestion vPro.
