Son seul réel défaut, c'est qu’il sera vraisemblablement remplacé sous peu par un nouveau modèle, équipé des nouveaux processeurs Intel de 13ᵉ génération et des nouvelles RTX 4000 mobiles fournies par NVIDIA. Cela ne rend pas pour autant inintéressante la présente mouture de l’engin. Non seulement les performances offertes et la qualité d’affichage de l’appareil sont incitatives, mais son prix tend sérieusement à baisser. Globalement, Lenovo nous livre ici un produit réussi à presque tous les niveaux, mais qui mériterait de se bonifier sur quelques points pour faire encore meilleure impression. On regrette ainsi que le clavier ne soit pas plus confortable et précis en jeu, et que Lenovo ne nous propose toujours pas de lecteur d’empreintes digitales (ou de reconnaissance faciale). Espérons que cela sera réglé avec le modèle 2023 que nous attendons désormais de pied ferme.

I’m happy with the internal spec improvements that Lenovo made to this year’s Legion 5 Pro, and people who don’t want to spend a fortune on a gaming laptop should consider this model. It’s a fast laptop for more than just gaming, and I still adore the typing experience. Lenovo’s lack of transparency around pricing notwithstanding, the best thing about this Intel-based version that I tested is its price. Considering its power, this $1,999 Legion is still fairly affordable as far as rigs loaded with Intel’s 12th Gen chips go. Ultimately, the difference between the Pro and the non-Pro models is not that big. It all falls down to the display, which offers more vertical space, supports G-Sync, and has a MUX switch for direct connection to the dedicated GPU. Everything else is simply fantastic – not to mention the keyboard, which is on another level. We would definitely recommend this device, but keep in mind that if you want the performance – pick Intel, if you need long battery life and efficiency – AMD is the way to go.

Lenovo a été créé en 1984 comme spin-off de l'Académie chinoise des Sciences de l'unité des nouvelles technologies. Ces cartes graphiques de milieu de gamme peuvent faire tourner tout les jeux récents de façon fluide. Les jeux gourmands ne peuvent être joués qu'avec les détails réglés sur moyen.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU:
Carte graphique haut de gamme pour ordinateur portable basée sur la puce Ampere GA106 avec 3072 cœurs. Disponible en différentes versions avec un TDP de 60 à 115 Watt.
