EN→FRThe OnePlus Pad Go 2 makes a compelling case for itself in a market where mid-range tablets often feel like compromised afterthoughts. At $399, OnePlus has delivered a tablet that punches well above its weight class in nearly every category that actually matters for daily use. The 12.1-inch 2.8K display with Dolby Vision support embarrasses tablets costing three times as much. Battery life is genuinely exceptional—we’re talking multiple days between charges. OxygenOS 16 remains one of the cleanest Android experiences available, and Open Canvas multitasking transforms this from a content consumption device into something genuinely productive. The Dimensity 7300-Ultra handles everyday tasks with ease, and even managed respectable gaming performance when we pushed it. Sure, there are compromises.

EN→FRThe OnePlus Pad Go 2 makes a strong case for itself in the mid-range tablet space. At $400, it significantly undercuts Samsung while delivering a capable, well-rounded package. A large display, competent performance, excellent battery life, and solid multitasking software make it an easy recommendation for anyone looking for a general-purpose Android tablet. If you want a tablet for productivity, media consumption, and some gaming without spending flagship money, the Pad Go 2 delivers solid value. It's not perfect — the accessories feel underdeveloped, the audio won't impress anyone who cares about sound quality, and Android still trails iPadOS for tablet-optimized software. But at this price, the compromises are reasonable.

EN→FRAt its price, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 is a very good value for money for those who want a tablet with a large display and a productivity side. We would say that the OnePlus Pad Go 2 is especially good for those who have OnePlus devices, given its seamless connectivity with them. We recommend getting the OnePlus Pad Go 2 with the Stylo (which is being offered free with the Pad Go 2 for a limited period of time), as it enables one to do more with the tablet, more so as there is no keyboard for it at the time of writing. Does it beat the iPad?

EN→FRThe OnePlus Pad Go 2 is a thoughtful upgrade on what was already a great, affordable tablet. With a larger display, longer battery life, and a faster chipset that paves the way for OnePlus’ phenomenal Open Canvas software, the Pad Go 2 now feels like far more of a win for productivity users than its predecessor. Throw in 5G connectivity, and it’s easy to see this being a must-buy tablet for anyone shopping in the mid-range market.

EN→FRMix in battery life that’s good enough to stream movies and shows on long car trips, an aspect ratio that works beautifully for reading, watching, and maybe the lightest gaming, and there’s not too much that’s actually outside of this mid-ranger’s reach. Besides, with several years of updates in the future, the already reasonable price of $399 becomes much easier to spread over time. In some ways, it’s the same niche that the base iPad has always filled. It does everything, and it does it all pretty decently, but it’s not necessarily going to outshine a more expensive tablet. Yes, you could absolutely get more for your money on the Android side out of the OnePlus Pad 3 ($649.99 at Amazon) or something like the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra ($1199 at Amazon), but you’ll spend twice as much money.

EN→FRThe OnePlus Pad Go 2 strikes a nice balance between getting things done and switching off when you want to relax. For productivity, the large display and Open Canvas make multitasking feel natural, whether you are researching, writing, or juggling a few apps at once. Add the Stylo to the mix and it becomes even more useful for notes, ideas, and quick edits. The smooth performance and clean software keep everything moving without distractions, so work never feels like a chore. When it’s time to unwind, the tablet easily turns into an entertainment hub. The spacious screen pulls you into movies and shows, the speakers add to the experience, and the long battery life lets you binge or scroll without watching the clock. What makes the Pad Go 2 stand out is how effortlessly it switches between these two roles.

EN→FRThe OnePlus Pad Go 2 succeeds in delivering a well-rounded tablet experience at a competitive price. For ₹26,999, you get a large, sharp display, excellent battery life, capable performance, strong speakers, and thoughtful design choices geared toward productivity and media consumption. It is not a tablet for power users or hardcore gamers, nor does it redefine Android multitasking. But as an affordable yet powerful everyday tablet for work, entertainment, and light creativity, the Pad Go 2 makes a strong case for itself, and for most users, it will be money well spent.

EN→FRThe OnePlus Pad Go 2 can be purchased from OnePlus's website for $399.99, which is a price that according to OnePlus is "subject to market conditions." I'm not certain what exactly those market conditions are, but it may have something to do with the fact that memory costs more than processors these days. You can buy the tablet from OnePlus.com starting on December 26th, in case you're looking for a place to spend that holiday money. You can also buy from Amazon or Best Buy starting in January of next year. If you buy from OnePlus's website for a limited time you can get a free folio case on a first come, first served basis while supplies last. OnePlus is also offering a 10% discount for students and a bundle of 30% off on Pad Go 2 accessories. But it's a tablet for the OnePlus faithful, which are plentiful in number, for sure.

EN→FRDesigned to provide a smooth and responsive pen-like experience, the Pad Go 2 Stylo works incredibly well. It feels similar to the iPad pencil when held and provides another level of productivity to the Pad Go 2. It comes with a second nub if needed, and syncs up to the Pad Go 2 seamlessly. The only critique I have of it is that it is USB-C charged instead of wireless. This feels like a missed opportunity, but considering the more budget-conscious design of the Pad Go series as a whole, it is a concession that makes sense. The Pad Go 2 is a great tablet for everyday users. OnePlus has done a great job at refining key elements of both the design and hardware to provide a well-performing tablet. The Pad Go 2 is great for those looking to move from an entry-level tablet to one that will keep up with their daily tasks.

EN→FRThe OnePlus Pad Go 2 is a capable tablet at a very affordable price. It’s a significant improvement on the previous model, with a larger and brighter display, a bigger battery and a better processor inside. It nicely rounds out OnePlus’ tablet lineup, with meaningful advantages over the Pad Lite, and a much lower price than the full-featured Pad 3. The long battery life was a definite highlight for me, as was the excellent software, which was a pleasure to use. Performance was good for the most part, but if you’re a gamer or a video editor, you will likely be left wanting more. That said, if you’re looking for something that’s more of a content consumption and productivity device, you’ll probably be satisfied with the power available here.

EN→FRMy early impressions are that the OnePlus Pad Go 2 looks like a solid upgrade over its predecessor. The larger display, faster chipset, and bigger battery should all work together to deliver a powerful, all-day media and productivity tablet. The first OnePlus Pad Go was launched at Rs 21,999, and we will have to wait until December 17th to know the price of the OnePlus Pad Go 2, which will be announced alongside the OnePlus 15R. I reckon a slightly higher price for the new tablet, given the upgrades and the ongoing increase in memory prices that have also plagued smartphones.

EN→FRIn our initial impressions, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 offers impressive specs and features in the affordable tablet segment – it has a smooth UI, a fast CPU, and a giant battery wrapped inside a familiar OnePlus Pad series design. The tablet seems to be a great option for students, OTT lovers, work-from-home note takers, and users wanting a long battery life tablet at a friendly price (expected to be in the sub-₹20,000 price bracket).Batteries. With a large 12.1-inch display, massive 10,050 mAh battery, metallic design with slim form factor, and fast Dimensity 7300 Ultra 5G SoC, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 looks promising on paper. A detailed review with display tests, gaming benchmarks, and battery life breakdown is coming soon. Stay tuned!

EN→FRLike its smartphones, OnePlus has maintained a steady presence in the tablet segment. However, its last two models — the OnePlus Pad 2 and OnePlus Pad 3 — have been positioned in the flagship category, with the original OnePlus Pad Go remaining the company's only offering in the affordable tablet space since 2023. That changes now. The OnePlus Pad Go 2 is set to launch in India on December 17, and it promises several upgrades over its predecessor. We spent some time with the OnePlus Pad Go 2 ahead of its launch, and here are our first impressions.
