OnePlus Pad Go 2

OnePlus Pad Go 2

90% I ditched my iPad for the OnePlus Pad Go 2 for 2 weeks, and this is a great, affordable Android tablet replacement
Source: Tom's Guide Anglais EN→FR
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 proves that Android tablets can be just as enjoyable and functional to use as Apple’s iPads. Granted, those already deep in the Apple ecosystem likely won’t be swayed to buy this slate, but if you’re platform agnostic, OnePlus’ tablet is a fantastic alternative. If you need a mid-range tablet that delivers better overall performance, offers greater app compatibility, and has an OS that will be supported for many years, then the iPad 11 is your best bet. However, if you’re into Android tablets or want a slate that plays nice with your OnePlus phone, you should give the OnePlus Pad Go 2 a shot. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

At a competitive price of $399, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 successfully positions itself as a versatile and long-lasting alternative to the entry-level iPad. It may not be a laptop replacement for power users, but it checks almost all the boxes for someone who wants a premium-feeling Android tablet for media and light productivity. The combination of an excellent 120Hz display, a user-friendly aspect ratio, and industry-leading software support makes it a smart investment that will stay current for years to come. For fans already in the OnePlus ecosystem, it serves as a beautiful complementary device that fulfills its purpose with style and reliability. Using this tablet is like carrying a reliable travel guide; it may not be the fastest runner on the track, but it has all the information you need and will stay by your side for the entire journey.

At a recommended price of £349 (with 5G), the OnePlus Pad Go 2 offers good value for money. It’s a solid device with enough power where it matters, great multitasking potential, handy pen support for scribblers, and 5G support if you pony up just a little more for twice the storage space. And you should. Hop in around launch, and you can choose to include the Stylo, which will otherwise set you back another £80. But it isn’t hard to find a worthy competitor. If you’re fond of the expression “go big or go home,” The Lenovo IdeaTab Pro comes in around the same price, packs a larger screen, and always ships with a pen. It’s even possible to get the dramatically more powerful Honor MagicPad 2 for around the same price now. And that’s with its smart keyboard case. We’re confident OnePlus has the leg up with inexpensive 5G support, a better pen (at a cost), and fewer software quirks, but competition is tough, and you’ll see why in our list of the best cheap tablets of the past few years.

70% OnePlus Pad Go 2 Review: A Polished Tablet That Gets Most Things Right
Source: PC Mag Anglais EN→FR
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 offers a large, vivid display, dependable everyday performance, and rapid wired charging. OnePlus' Android tools, coupled with some AI basics, make the tablet suited for work and play, though it falls a bit short of the powerhouse performance of pricier tablets. Longer battery life, faster Wi-Fi speeds, and an included stylus would help improve the Pad Go 2's value, but you'll have to look for them elsewhere. While the Pad Go 2 makes sense if you already own a OnePlus phone for its cross-device compatibility, most everyone else should opt for the Lenovo Idea Tab Pro, which offers a stylus, longer battery life, and quicker performance for less money, making it our Editors' Choice.

70% The OnePlus Pad Go 2 is the bargain Android tablet you want
Source: Android Police Anglais EN→FR
When tablets reach, or get close to costing $1,000, a laptop can make more sense if you want to do more work on it. But if you want to watch YouTube or Netflix, play some games, browse some apps, and maybe type a few words now and then, a much cheaper tablet may represent much better value. This is where the OnePlus Pad Go 2 makes a lot of sense. It has done everything the Galaxy Tab S11 did, based on my general use, yet costs half as much. Obviously, there are differences, but if all it’s going to do is stay at home, they may not matter much to you. It’s also a genuine upgrade over the OnePlus Pad Go, with an improved processor, screen, and larger battery, plus stylus support. When you can get the stylus, Folio Case, and tablet for $400, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 is a recommended purchase. Even without the extra goodies, it’s still a good buy.

The OnePlus Pad Go 2 costs €299 for the 128GB Wi-Fi version and €399 for the 5G 256GB model. Those are very reasonable prices, and many people would find the Pad Go 2 a great offer. The tablet has an all-metal body with a large display with premium properties - high brightness, 120Hz refresh rate, 68B colors, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision streaming. Add the four loud speakers and you are looking at some serious multimedia machine at a very affordable price. Then there is the top-notch battery life, the easily likable OxygenOS, and the enhanced capabilities that come with the optional Stylo pen.

In 2023, OnePlus entered the Android tablet space with the Pad Go. Two years later, the company launched the successor to the popular big-screen device. While OnePlus’ first tablet was average at best, the newly launched OnePlus Pad Go 2 brings some significant upgrades and improvements in almost all areas – be it hardware, software or design. However, after using it as my daily tablet for the past few weeks for streaming, reading, and productivity, it has steadily grown on me to the point where I’ve largely stopped using my Galaxy Tab. Here’s what stood out during my time with the device.

82% OnePlus Pad Go 2: Decent battery life, average everything else
Source: Phone Arena Anglais EN→FR
All in all and despite most of its shortcomings, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 is a decent value. While it doesn't have the best design or the best display and not even the best performance in the $500 price bracket, it delivers very good battery life and a ton of screen real estate at hand. It's positioned as a complementary device to OnePlus' phones, and as such, it fulfills its purpose beautifully. However, it's challenging to ignore all the shortcomings I mentioned. Having either an OLED panel or a faster chip would have been very nice here, but instead we get corner-cutting on both fronts, so we are left with a fairly lackluster tablet that doesn't feel like it has a singular strong aspect to outweigh all the budget negatives. Should you buy it? Do consider it if you're invested in the OnePlus ecosystem, but please take a look at other more capable Android tablets before you commit.

Source: Techaeris Anglais EN→FR
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 has so much going for it, with the key feature being its 399 USD price point. From the display to the pen support, this is really an outstanding tablet that should be an easy buy for most users. For users who want a nicer display and a bit more power, the OnePlus Pad 3 is probably the better choice. That said, here are my key takeaways, both good and bad, of the Dell UltraSharp 52 U5226KW monitor. Overall, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 is really a remarkable 399 USD tablet. It supports 5G, has pen support, the display is astounding for a budget tablet, and the aspect ratio is great. Sure, there are some things that you might not like. But I think the good outweighs the bad when you consider the price point. This is a pretty cut-and-dry quick take on this.

If you’ve got around $400, and you want a tablet, and you want a really good one… you’re probably already considering buying an iPad. I can’t pretend that the OnePlus Pad is a tablet that does enough to compete with the big dog on the market. But if, for whatever reason, you don’t want an iPad and would rather stick to the Android ecosystem, then that’s when the OnePlus Pad Go 2 rears its head. If you have an Android phone and want a tablet that matches, you could do a lot worse than this slate. The OnePlus Pad Go 2 was announced on December 17, 2025, and officially released on December 24, 2025. It comes in Wi-Fi-only and Wi-Fi + LTE/5G variants, making it flexible for both home and on-the-go use. The tablet features a large 12.1-inch IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision support, and up to 900 nits peak brightness in HBM, which makes content look smooth and vibrant even outdoors. The 1980 × 2800 resolution delivers sharp visuals with around 283 ppi density, and the slim 6.8 mm metal body feels premium despite weighing close to 600 g. Added stylus support and Mohs level 6 protection further improve durability and usability.

OnePlus Pad Go 2: A Budget Android Tablet that Raises the Bar
Source: Techlusive Anglais EN→FR
The budget Android space really needed a well-built tablet that could push the limits of other brands, and the OnePlus Pad Go 2 does exactly that by offering a well-rounded experience. The Pad Go 2 starts at Rs 25,999, and honestly, it brings one of the best-looking displays in its price range, with some of the best colours I have ever seen on an LCD panel. The performance is good enough, and multitasking for day-to-day tasks feels smooth and reliable. The only downside I felt was the missing keyboard case, which could have taken the productivity levels of this device a notch above. OnePlus should have borrowed the idea from their more premium OnePlus Pad 3 and made a smaller, scaled-down version for the Pad Go 2. This could have easily turned it into a mini productive machine, making it perfect for those who are always on the go.

80% OnePlus Pad Go 2 review: a sensible upgrade, not a flashy one

The OnePlus Pad Go 2 does not try to be a flagship tablet, and that is exactly why it works. It is not the fastest tablet in its price segment, nor does it chase raw benchmark dominance. Instead, OnePlus has focused on consistency, usability, and endurance, and that shows clearly in real-world use. While its AnTuTu score of just over one million trails similarly priced rivals like the Xiaomi Pad 7 (review) and Lenovo Idea Tab Pro (review), sustained performance tells a more reassuring story.

100% OnePlus Pad Go 2 review: the Android world alternative to a regular iPad
Source: Stuff TV Anglais EN→FR
Middling benchmark scores aside, there aren’t many areas I can say the OnePlus Pad Go 2 has truly let the side down – and even then its real-world performance is very respectable indeed. A fingerprint sensor and faster charging speeds would’ve been nice, but are the only real compromises in the name of price. The better screen, bigger battery and upgraded chipset all justify the price creep over its predecessor, and the firm’s take on Android is fantastic for productivity. A Galaxy Tab S10 FE could be an option if you’re already invested in Samsung’s ecosystem, but it costs considerably more. So while Android still has a long way to go to catch Apple’s unrivalled connectivity and third-party app support, the Pad Go 2’s long-lasting software support and official stylus accessory make it the vanilla iPad alternative most folks have been waiting for.

80% OnePlus Pad Go 2 Review: A Genuinely Great Tablet That Won't Break the Bank
Source: Android Headlines Anglais EN→FR
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 makes a compelling case for itself in a market where mid-range tablets often feel like compromised afterthoughts. At $399, OnePlus has delivered a tablet that punches well above its weight class in nearly every category that actually matters for daily use. The 12.1-inch 2.8K display with Dolby Vision support embarrasses tablets costing three times as much. Battery life is genuinely exceptional—we’re talking multiple days between charges. OxygenOS 16 remains one of the cleanest Android experiences available, and Open Canvas multitasking transforms this from a content consumption device into something genuinely productive. The Dimensity 7300-Ultra handles everyday tasks with ease, and even managed respectable gaming performance when we pushed it. Sure, there are compromises.

OnePlus Pad Go 2 Review: Killer Value, But Not Perfect
Source: BGR Anglais EN→FR
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 makes a strong case for itself in the mid-range tablet space. At $400, it significantly undercuts Samsung while delivering a capable, well-rounded package. A large display, competent performance, excellent battery life, and solid multitasking software make it an easy recommendation for anyone looking for a general-purpose Android tablet. If you want a tablet for productivity, media consumption, and some gaming without spending flagship money, the Pad Go 2 delivers solid value. It's not perfect — the accessories feel underdeveloped, the audio won't impress anyone who cares about sound quality, and Android still trails iPadOS for tablet-optimized software. But at this price, the compromises are reasonable.

Mix in battery life that’s good enough to stream movies and shows on long car trips, an aspect ratio that works beautifully for reading, watching, and maybe the lightest gaming, and there’s not too much that’s actually outside of this mid-ranger’s reach. Besides, with several years of updates in the future, the already reasonable price of $399 becomes much easier to spread over time. In some ways, it’s the same niche that the base iPad has always filled. It does everything, and it does it all pretty decently, but it’s not necessarily going to outshine a more expensive tablet. Yes, you could absolutely get more for your money on the Android side out of the OnePlus Pad 3 ($649.99 at Amazon) or something like the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra ($1199 at Amazon), but you’ll spend twice as much money.

OnePlus Pad Go 2 Review | Much Improved Budget Tablet
Source: Tech Spurt Anglais
Reviewing the OnePlus Pad Go 2, an updated version of the budget friendly Android tablet for 2026. With upgraded performance, plus some of the best battery life at this price point, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 is worth a look for a low price. This may be a budget slate but it looks and feels good, with skinny bezels - although the lovely two tone finish of the original is gone. On the software front it's OxygenOS 16 now, with the latest Android. You can expect. Also, while the OnePlus Pad Go 2 has a folio case accessory, there's no keyboard option. Still, at least this generation has Stylo support now, so you can sketch and scribble if you fancy. Gaming is possible on the OnePlus Pad Go 2, although you'll want to stick to more basic apps like Call of Duty and PubG.

Oneplus Pad 2 Go Review: Better Specs, Same Big Question
Source: Slashgear Anglais EN→FR
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 can be purchased from OnePlus's website for $399.99, which is a price that according to OnePlus is "subject to market conditions." I'm not certain what exactly those market conditions are, but it may have something to do with the fact that memory costs more than processors these days. You can buy the tablet from OnePlus.com starting on December 26th, in case you're looking for a place to spend that holiday money. You can also buy from Amazon or Best Buy starting in January of next year. If you buy from OnePlus's website for a limited time you can get a free folio case on a first come, first served basis while supplies last. OnePlus is also offering a 10% discount for students and a bundle of 30% off on Pad Go 2 accessories. But it's a tablet for the OnePlus faithful, which are plentiful in number, for sure.

OnePlus Pad Go 2 Review

Designed to provide a smooth and responsive pen-like experience, the Pad Go 2 Stylo works incredibly well. It feels similar to the iPad pencil when held and provides another level of productivity to the Pad Go 2. It comes with a second nub if needed, and syncs up to the Pad Go 2 seamlessly. The only critique I have of it is that it is USB-C charged instead of wireless. This feels like a missed opportunity, but considering the more budget-conscious design of the Pad Go series as a whole, it is a concession that makes sense. The Pad Go 2 is a great tablet for everyday users. OnePlus has done a great job at refining key elements of both the design and hardware to provide a well-performing tablet. The Pad Go 2 is great for those looking to move from an entry-level tablet to one that will keep up with their daily tasks.

80% OnePlus Pad Go 2 review: Premium experience at budget-friendly price
Source: India Today Anglais EN→FR
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 doesn’t try to be everything, and that is precisely why it works. It delivers a large, high-quality display, excellent battery life, and thoughtful stylus features. It even offers a premium design and solid performance in the budget price range. What one needs to keep in mind that the Pad Go 2 is not meant for heavy gaming, high-end photography, or power users looking for a laptop replacement. Instead, it is ideal for users who want a big, portable screen for streaming, browsing, studying, casual gaming, and note-taking. If you are looking for a budget-friendly Android tablet that feels refined and dependable, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 is an easy recommendation.

Source: Mobygyaan Anglais EN→FR
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 is an excellent all-rounder tablet for those who want a big-screen Android device without spending flagship-level money – no wonder if you are a student, professional, or casual user. The 12.1-inch 2.8K display with 120 Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision support stands out as one of the best panels in its class, making the Pad Go 2 an excellent choice for streaming, reading, and multitasking. Paired with quad speakers, it offers an immersive multimedia experience that punches above its expected price segment. Performance is another strong point. The MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra, combined with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, ensures smooth day-to-day usage, stable multitasking, and dependable casual gaming.

OnePlus Pad Go 2 first impressions: bigger, faster, better?
Source: 91mobiles Anglais EN→FR
My early impressions are that the OnePlus Pad Go 2 looks like a solid upgrade over its predecessor. The larger display, faster chipset, and bigger battery should all work together to deliver a powerful, all-day media and productivity tablet. The first OnePlus Pad Go was launched at Rs 21,999, and we will have to wait until December 17th to know the price of the OnePlus Pad Go 2, which will be announced alongside the OnePlus 15R. I reckon a slightly higher price for the new tablet, given the upgrades and the ongoing increase in memory prices that have also plagued smartphones.

OnePlus Pad Go 2 Hands-on and First Impressions
Source: Mobygyaan Anglais EN→FR
In our initial impressions, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 offers impressive specs and features in the affordable tablet segment – it has a smooth UI, a fast CPU, and a giant battery wrapped inside a familiar OnePlus Pad series design. The tablet seems to be a great option for students, OTT lovers, work-from-home note takers, and users wanting a long battery life tablet at a friendly price (expected to be in the sub-₹20,000 price bracket).Batteries. With a large 12.1-inch display, massive 10,050 mAh battery, metallic design with slim form factor, and fast Dimensity 7300 Ultra 5G SoC, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 looks promising on paper. A detailed review with display tests, gaming benchmarks, and battery life breakdown is coming soon. Stay tuned!

OnePlus Pad Go 2 First Impressions
Source: NDTV Gadgets Anglais EN→FR
Like its smartphones, OnePlus has maintained a steady presence in the tablet segment. However, its last two models — the OnePlus Pad 2 and OnePlus Pad 3 — have been positioned in the flagship category, with the original OnePlus Pad Go remaining the company's only offering in the affordable tablet space since 2023. That changes now. The OnePlus Pad Go 2 is set to launch in India on December 17, and it promises several upgrades over its predecessor. We spent some time with the OnePlus Pad Go 2 ahead of its launch, and here are our first impressions.
