Points négatifs
Avec le ThinkPad L580, Lenovo propose un bon portable de bureau, qui se distingue particulièrement avec ses très bons périphériques d’entrée. Mais l’on cherchera en vain d’autres points forts, puisque dans tous les autres domaines, l’on aura que ce qui est standard pour le segment professionnel. Alors que l’écran n’est pas spécialement lumineux, il en va de même chez les concurrents.
Même si le ThinkPad L580 n’est pas capable d’utiliser tout le potentiel de son processeur quadricœur, celui-ci est bien sûr plus puissant que son prédécesseur double cœur, et suffit largement pour la plupart des tâches classiques. La connectivité est suffisamment variée, le niveau sonore pas trop gênant, et l’appareil ne chauffe pas trop.
Au bureau, le ThinkPad L580 se distingue avant tout par son excellent clavier, et par l’absence de gros défaut. C’est dans l’ensemble un portable de bureau fiable.
