Grand, bon et abordable. Le Y7 2019 coûte seulement 199 €, mais Huawei a réussi à y intégrer un écran de 6,26 pouces, un double capteur photo arrière, et une batterie de 4000 mAh, entre autres caractéristiques impressionnantes. Afin d'abaisser la luminosité de l'écran, certains ordinateurs portables font varier très rapidement le rétroéclairage entre éteint et allumé. La fréquence à laquelle le rétroéclairage s'éteint et se rallume est normalement fixée à une valeur qui permet de rendre la variation indétectable à l'œil nu? Si la fréquence est trop basse, certaines personnes peuvent être sujettes à une fatigue oculaire, des maux de tête ou même percevoir les variations.

Le Huawei Y7 2019 est une excellente mise à jour du Y7 2018. Le fabricant chinois le fait progresser dans presque tous les domaines importants, dont le design, l’écran, les performances et l’autonomie. Ses bordures d’écran étroites et son écran de 6,26 pouces IPS donnent l’impression que le Y7 2019 est plus cher qu’il n’est.

La combinaison de 3 Go de RAM, de 32 Go de stockage est d’un SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 est également correcte pour un appareil d’entrée de gamme. Certains appareils offrent de meilleures performances pour le même prix, mais peu ont un appareil photo à la hauteur, une vraie capacité double SIM et micro SD, et une grosse autonomie.

Le Huawei Y7 2019 est d’un excellent rapport qualité / prix. Peu de smartphones d’entrée de gamme ont autant de qualités.

Bien sûr, Huawei a dû faire des compromis dans certains domaines, pour contenir le coût. La résolution 720p est décevante, tout comme l’absence de NFC et l’inclusion d’un port micro USB et non USB C. Le Motorola Moto G7 Play et le Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite possèdent de meilleures performances, tandis que le Samsung Galaxy A6 Plus (2018) fait une excellente alternative, avec NFC. Il n’en reste pas moins que Huawei fait bien les choses avec le Y7 2019, dont les défauts ne viennent pas gâcher ce qui est un excellent smartphone d’entrée de gamme.
