You still get the same main and ultrawide cameras, a high-quality folding display, full Galaxy AI support, and that iconic compact design. But for $200 more, the regular Z Flip 7 offers meaningful upgrades: a faster processor, extra RAM, Samsung DeX support, a larger and more capable cover screen, and likely better battery life. For first-time foldable users, the Z Flip 7 FE is an appealing gateway. That said, the Motorola Razr (2025) undercuts it at $699 while delivering a similarly solid clamshell experience — and arguably a more flexible cover screen. Still, if you want to stay in Samsung’s ecosystem, the Z Flip 7 FE brings much of what makes the full Flip great, at a lower price. Unless you really need the larger cover display or power-user extras, the FE model could be the smarter buy.

EN→FRI’m a little torn here, because I’ve been asking for Samsung to deliver a more affordable version of the Z Flip for many generations now, and on the one hand, it’s great to see the foldable family expanding to more accessible price points. On the other hand, this really isn’t what I had in mind. Fair enough, the 128GB model is currently £50 cheaper than the Galaxy Z Flip 6, you get the Now Brief feature, a new processor and one more year of software support, but none of those additions feel hugely advantageous, and I expect the Z Flip 6 will be discounted further in the very near future anyway.

Making the pricey Z Fold 7 look and feel more worthy of its premium price is great, especially when you open it up to see that practically squarish 8-inch display. Combine both those devices with the more-affordable Z Flip 7 FE and the Galaxy Watch 8 models, and it’s not hard to see Samsung’s July Unpacked as a winning event this year. We look forward to seeing how well these devices hold up to their strong first impression during our full reviews, so stay tuned.

The Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7, Watch 8, and Watch 8 Classic are available for pre-order today (July 9) from Samsung, the carriers, and retailers like Amazon and Best Buy, with open sales beginning on July 25. It's cheaper than last year's Flip, but the Motorola Razr is a huge bargain in comparison, with bright colors and a better cover screen.

Ces cartes devraient être capables de faire tourner tout les jeux d'aujourd'hui, mais la plupart d'entre eux uniquement en détails moyens ou faibles et avec des résolution basses. Les plus vieux jeux ou les jeux moins gourmands restent jouables avec de beaux graphismes.

Exynos 2400: Le Samsung Exynos 2400 est un SoC haut de gamme pour smartphones et tablettes. Il intègre 10 cœurs ARMv9 dans 4 clusters et se positionne entre le Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 et Gen 3.
