Yoga Ice Lake. Lenovo cherche à hisser son convertible premium Yoga à un niveau supérieur, avec l’aide des derniers CPU Ice Lake d’Intel. Par rapport à son prédécesseur, Lenovo pas n’a pas changé grand-chose, et a plutôt cherché à corriger quelques points faibles. Dans notre test, cela paye !

Lenovo continue sa gamme Yoga haut de gamme avec le Yoga C940-14IIL, qu’il équipe des derniers processeurs Ice Lake pour la première fois. C’est une évolution excellemment maîtrisée.

Sans aucun doute, le nouvel Intel Core i7-1065G7 est au cœur de la tablette Yoga. Les performances du processeur et surtout de la carte graphique sont en très forte hausse, ce qui rend même le Yoga C940 capable de jouer un peu. Cela sans hausse de chauffe ou de bruit – au contraire. L’autonomie est toujours bonne. Par rapport au Yoga C930, il y a un nouvel écran FHD plus lumineux, ce qui est également un progrès. Cela mis à part, Lenovo reprend beaucoup des points forts du prédécesseur, tels une construction premium en métal, un stylet intégré, ou un système audio à quatre haut-parleurs efficace.

L’appareil n’a pas vraiment de défaut. On peut néanmoins noter le nombre limité de ports, et le coil whine. Il est également inutilement difficile d’ouvrir le convertible, les vis étant cachées derrière les patins en caoutchouc. Il serait également intéressant que Lenovo propose une version matte, et que la dalle LCD atteigne bien la luminosité promise de 400 cd/m².

Lenovo ne fait ici aucune erreur – le Lenovo Yoga C940-14IIL a tout pour faire partie des listes de souhaits pour la période des fêtes.

Cela d’autant que les points faibles signalés ne sont en rien bloquants pour nous. Nous pouvons donc recommander le Lenovo Yoga C940-14IIL de tout cœur. C’est un portable premium d’excellente qualité et polyvalent, que le public-cible tels les étudiants apprécieront. Le Dell XPS 13 7390 2-en-1 possède ici un sérieux concurrent.
