Afin d'abaisser la luminosité de l'écran, certains ordinateurs portables font varier très rapidement le rétroéclairage entre éteint et allumé. La fréquence à laquelle le rétroéclairage s'éteint et se rallume est normalement fixée à une valeur qui permet de rendre la variation indétectable à l'œil nu? Si la fréquence est trop basse, certaines personnes peuvent être sujettes à une fatigue oculaire, des maux de tête ou même percevoir les variations.

Le Honor 20 s’avère être un smartphone très équilibré. Il est disponible aux alentours de 500 €, et propose une bonne qualité d’appareil photo, un stockage abondant, et des performances suffisantes pour l’utilisation au quotidien comme pour des applis plus exigeantes. Les performances de l’appareil peuvent être améliorées en activant son mode hautes performances, même si cela impacte l’autonomie. Celle-ci est très bonne, avec presque 11h, et peut facilement tenir la dragée haute à la concurrence.

Le Honor 20 marque des points avec son bon appareil photo et son autonomie correcte. Mais il faudra composer avec l’absence de lecteur de carte micro SD.

Il n’y a pas grand-chose à critiquer dans le Honor 20 : son design avec poinçon divisera, tout comme l’intégration du lecteur d’empreintes digitales sur le côté. C’est vraiment dommage que Honor n’ait pas intégré de lecteur de carte micro SD, surtout que l’emplacement double SIM aurait pu facilement être transformé en emplacement hybride.
