Scintillement / MLI (Modulation de largeur d'impulsion)

Afin d'abaisser la luminosité de l'écran, certains ordinateurs portables font varier très rapidement le rétroéclairage entre éteint et allumé. La fréquence à laquelle le rétroéclairage s'éteint et se rallume est normalement fixée à une valeur qui permet de rendre la variation indétectable à l'œil nu? Si la fréquence est trop basse, certaines personnes peuvent être sujettes à une fatigue oculaire, des maux de tête ou même percevoir les variations.

Le rétroéclairage de l'écran scintille à la fréquence de 240.4 Hz (certainement du fait de l'utilisation d'une MDI - Modulation de largeur d'impulsion) .

La fréquence de rafraîchissement de 240.4 Hz est relativement faible, les personnes les plus sensibles devraient percevoir un scintillement et être sujettes à une fatigue oculaire accrue (avec le niveau de luminosité indiqué)

Le Huawei P20 nous a impressionnés, non seulement avec son design fin, mais également avec ses bons capteurs photo. En particulier, nous avons été impressionnés par ses capacités en faible luminosité, et son mode super-macro. Les performances sont comme on s’y attendait excellentes, mais il ne se situe qu’en milieu de comparatif. L’écran est quant à lui mitigé : les couleurs, la luminosité et le contraste sont très bons, mais la MLI sera un problème pour ceux qui y sont sensibles.

Le Huawei P30 justifie son prix, mais ses acquéreurs devront composer avec quelques défauts mineurs.

L'autonomie en retrait en WLAN est également un peu dommage, mais la charge rapide ne nécessite que 1h30 pour charger totalement l’appareil. Avec son lecteur d’empreintes digitales intégré à l’écran, son écran OLED et son zoom optique x3, les acheteurs trouveront ce smartphone à leur goût !
