Le smartphone ultime pour joueurs ? Le Xiaomi Black Shark 2 cherche tout simplement à être le meilleur smartphone de jeu du moment. Avec son SoC Snapdragon 855 haut de gamme, un refroidissement liquide passif, jusqu’à 12 Go de RAM et des contrôleurs optionnels, il semble avoir de bonnes chances d’y parvenir. Notre rapport de test va révéler si les joueurs doivent ou non se laisser tenter.

Scintillement / MLI (Modulation de largeur d'impulsion)

Afin d'abaisser la luminosité de l'écran, certains ordinateurs portables font varier très rapidement le rétroéclairage entre éteint et allumé. La fréquence à laquelle le rétroéclairage s'éteint et se rallume est normalement fixée à une valeur qui permet de rendre la variation indétectable à l'œil nu? Si la fréquence est trop basse, certaines personnes peuvent être sujettes à une fatigue oculaire, des maux de tête ou même percevoir les variations.
Scintillement / MLI (Modulation de largeur d'impulsion) décelé 242.7 Hz ≤ 99 Niveau de luminosité

Le rétroéclairage de l'écran scintille à la fréquence de 242.7 Hz (certainement du fait de l'utilisation d'une MDI - Modulation de largeur d'impulsion) à un niveau de luminosité inférieur ou égal à 99 % . Aucun scintillement ne devrait être perceptible au-dessus de cette valeur.

Le Xiaomi Black Shark 2 est ce qui se fait de mieux pour les joueurs : c’est actuellement le smartphone de jeu le plus puissant que l’on puisse trouver, si puissant qu’il peut faire tourner tous les jeux Android actuels à 60 FPS sans effort, même aux réglages graphiques maximaux. Des taux d’image plus élevés ne sont pas possibles, à cause de l’écran qui ne monte qu’à 60 Hz.

En plus du SoC ultra rapide, les jeux bénéficient également du refroidissement liquide passif de Xiaomi, qui permet au smartphone de montrer tout son potentiel même lors de longues périodes de jeu, tout en restant confortable à tenir en main.

Celui-ci permet d’activer le mode Ludicrous, sorte de postcombustion pour les jeux - pour l’instant pas nécessaire parce qu’aucun jeu ne rame. Les joueurs seront bien servis par la variante 8 Go / 128 Go, qui coûte officiellement 549 €. Et pour 100 € de plus seulement, le modèle avec 12 Go de RAM et 256 Go de stockage est disponible.

Avec la version internationale du Xiaomi Black Shark 2, vous devriez avoir Android 9 en français, avec les applis Google déjà installées. Mais il n’y a rien à faire en ce qui concerne l’absence de lecteur de carte micro SD, et le fait que la prise jack 3,5 mm n’est disponible que via un adaptateur USB C.
