L’Asus ZenBook 14 UX433FA-A6061T est un ultraportable compact de 14 pouces fin, élégant et compact. Son châssis en métal lui donne une allure premium, et son processeur Core i5 Whiskey Lake est assez puissant pour la plupart des logiciels et des usages. L’A6061T est également silencieux, si bien qu’il ne devrait pas y avoir de problèmes pour l’utiliser dans des environnements silencieux.

Le ZenBook 14 UX433FA-A6061T est un portable de 14 pouces bien conçu et puissant, qui est un peu gâché par son écran trop sombre et son BIOS.

L’inclusion d’un SSD NVMe est le bienvenu, puisqu’il permet au système d’être ultra fluide. Il est possible d’en changer si vous avez besoin de plus d’espace, mais il faudra ouvrir l’appareil. Le clavier est correct, tandis que le pavé numérique caché est amusant, et pourra s’avérer utile à certains utilisateurs.

L’UX433FA-A6061T possède également une bonne autonomie, mais étrangement plus courte que celle de son grand frère plus puissant, bien qu’ils aient tous les deux une batterie de même capacité. De plus, l’écran IPS possède de bons angles de vision et un bon contraste, mais il est trop sombre pour un appareil qui coûte plus de 1 000 €. Nous n’apprécions pas qu’Asus opte pour un écran brillant, très sensible aux reflets, mais c’est un problème avec la plupart des portables modernes.

Bizarrement, le port USB C ne peut charger l’appareil, et ne prend pas en charge les sorties DisplayPort. Nous aurions apprécié qu’Asus choisisse d’équiper l’UX433FA d’un port Thunderbolt 3, comme nombre de concurrents ont commencé à le faire sur leurs appareils à 1 000 €. Cette intégration aurait également permis de connecter des GPU externes, ce qui est toujours un marché de niche.

Dans l’ensemble, l’UX433FA-A6061T est un portable de 14 pouces tout à fait honnête avec beaucoup d’arguments, mais il ne bat l’UX433FA-A6076T que pour le prix. Il ne peut maintenir mieux ses performances ou tenir plus longtemps sur batterie que son grand frère plus cher, comme on aurait pu s’y attendre, ce qui déçoit. Mais cela ne l’empêche pas d’avoir au final un excellent score.
