Afin d'abaisser la luminosité de l'écran, certains ordinateurs portables font varier très rapidement le rétroéclairage entre éteint et allumé. Verdict - Interesting mid-range smartphone with limitations

Au premier abord, le Motorola One Action paraît plutôt impressionnant, avec ses bons composants, son design moderne, et son action cam innovante. Cependant, l’action cam auto-proclamée est en demi-teinte, parce que le smartphone n’est pas étanche. La stabilisation vidéo fonctionne bien, le smartphone Motorola s’avérant plutôt bon pour filmer des séquences à vélo par exemple. Il faudra cependant faire quelques concessions en ce qui concerne la qualité de construction, le haut-parleur, et le processeur. De plus, à cause de son faible contraste et de ses couleurs pas très fidèles, l’écran IPS du One Action ne paraît pas très bon face aux écrans OLED des smartphones Xiaomi. Et la luminosité maximale n’est pas assez élevée pour un tel appareil.

Même sans action cam, le Motorola One Action est un bon smartphone.

Le choix d’un ratio 21:9 est un choix personnel. Mais les utilisateurs de YouTube devront composer avec des vidéos très souvent zoomées, la plupart des vidéos YouTube étant en 16:9, et les vidéos en 18:9 étant également légèrement zoomées. Ce ratio inhabituel signifie que les vidéos seront soit coupées, soit complétées de bandes noires, ce qui nuit à l’expérience visuelle.
