Joueur du milieu de gamme. Le processeur Coffee Lake à six cœurs et la carte graphique GeForce GTX 1050 Ti peuvent faire tourner fluidement tous les jeux actuels sur l’écran IPS mat Full HD du HP Pavilion Gaming 15. En plus de cela, l’appareil possède 8 Go de RAM double canal, une mémoire Intel Optane, et un clavier honnête. Il possède cependant quelques défauts.

Scintillement / MLI (Modulation de largeur d'impulsion)

Afin d'abaisser la luminosité de l'écran, certains ordinateurs portables font varier très rapidement le rétroéclairage entre éteint et allumé. La fréquence à laquelle le rétroéclairage s'éteint et se rallume est normalement fixée à une valeur qui permet de rendre la variation indétectable à l'œil nu? Si la fréquence est trop basse, certaines personnes peuvent être sujettes à une fatigue oculaire, des maux de tête ou même percevoir les variations.
Scintillement / MLI (Modulation de largeur d'impulsion) décelé 208 Hz ≤ 90 Niveau de luminosité

Le rétroéclairage de l'écran scintille à la fréquence de 208 Hz (certainement du fait de l'utilisation d'une MDI - Modulation de largeur d'impulsion) à un niveau de luminosité inférieur ou égal à 90 % . Aucun scintillement ne devrait être perceptible au-dessus de cette valeur.
