Scintillement / MLI (Modulation de largeur d'impulsion)

Afin d'abaisser la luminosité de l'écran, certains ordinateurs portables font varier très rapidement le rétroéclairage entre éteint et allumé. La fréquence à laquelle le rétroéclairage s'éteint et se rallume est normalement fixée à une valeur qui permet de rendre la variation indétectable à l'œil nu? Si la fréquence est trop basse, certaines personnes peuvent être sujettes à une fatigue oculaire, des maux de tête ou même percevoir les variations.
Scintillement / MLI (Modulation de largeur d'impulsion) décelé 595 Hz ≤ 15 Niveau de luminosité

Le rétroéclairage de l'écran scintille à la fréquence de 595 Hz (certainement du fait de l'utilisation d'une MDI - Modulation de largeur d'impulsion) à un niveau de luminosité inférieur ou égal à 15 % . Aucun scintillement ne devrait être perceptible au-dessus de cette valeur.

La fréquence de rafraîchissement de 595 Hz est élevée, la grande majorité des utilisateurs ne devrait pas percevoir de scintillements et être sujette à une fatigue oculaire accrue.

Le temps de réponse d'un écran mesure la rapidité à laquelle l'écran est capable de changer une couleur pour une autre. Un temps de réponse élevé se traduit par une image floutée pour les objets en mouvement. Les joueurs bénéficieront de faibles latences d'affichage en jeu.

Le Redmi 8A propose à nouveau beaucoup de choses pour son prix réduit : une énorme autonomie, un haut-parleur correct, un châssis moderne et solide, des patchs de sécurité à jour, et pas mal de stockage. Bien sûr, il faudra acheter un chargeur supplémentaire pour profiter de la fonction de charge rapide mise en avant, et le tour de passe-passe pour déployer MIUI 11, malheureusement toujours basé sur Android 9, est presque audacieux.

La localisation et le Wifi sont à des niveaux de leur classe, tout comme les performances. En ce qui concerne les appareils photo, on trouve bien pire à un niveau de prix similaire, si bien qu’il n’y a pas à s’inquiéter ici.

Un smartphone à petit prix avec une configuration haut de gamme : le Xiaomi Redmi 8A est tout à fait recommandable.

Pour juste un peu moins de 120 €, on ne peut guère avoir mieux pour l’instant, mais le Redmi 7A reste l’appareil le plus impressionnant à un prix encore plus faible, avec peu de défauts. Mais ceux qui voudraient un plus grand écran et une autonomie encore plus longue, et qui préfèrent un design plus moderne, peuvent investir les 30 € supplémentaires sans arrière-pensée.
