Si la fréquence est trop basse, certaines personnes peuvent être sujettes à une fatigue oculaire, des maux de tête ou même percevoir les variations.
Scintillement / MLI (Modulation de largeur d'impulsion) décelé 23260 Hz ≤ 19 Niveau de luminosité

Le rétroéclairage de l'écran scintille à la fréquence de 23260 Hz (certainement du fait de l'utilisation d'une MDI - Modulation de largeur d'impulsion) à un niveau de luminosité inférieur ou égal à 19 % . Aucun scintillement ne devrait être perceptible au-dessus de cette valeur.

La fréquence de rafraîchissement de 23260 Hz est élevée, la grande majorité des utilisateurs ne devrait pas percevoir de scintillements et être sujette à une fatigue oculaire accrue.

En comparaison, 51 % des appareils testés n'emploient pas MDI pour assombrir leur écran. Nous avons relevé une moyenne à 9584 (minimum : 5 - maximum : 142900) Hz dans le cas où une MDI était active.

Si vous voulez la meilleure expérience de jeu possible avec le GS65, alors il vous faut la version avec écran 240 Hz, et carte graphique RTX 2080 Max-Q. Tout ce que nous aimions et critiquions à propos du GS65 par le passé s’applique toujours ici pour ce rafraîchissement de la fin 2019, dont la légèreté, la maintenance difficile, l’autonomie honnête, et la rigidité médiocre.

Pour un meilleur rapport qualité / prix, cette version 240 Hz et RTX 2080 Max-Q pourrait ne pas être la meilleure option. La différence entre l’écran de base 144 Hz et l’écran 240 Hz plus rapide est difficile à percevoir, tandis que la RTX 2080 Max-Q est d’environ 8 % plus rapide que la RTX 2070 Max-Q. Il est possible d’économiser près de 900 $ en passant à l’écran 144 Hz, à la carte graphique RTX 2070 Max-Q, et au processeur i7-8750H, à la place de l’écran 240 Hz, de la RTX 2080 Max-Q, et de l’i7-9750H, sans trop sacrifier les performances de jeu.

La RTX 2080 Max-Q est de moins de 10 % plus rapide que la RTX 2070 Max-Q, et coûte environ 500 $ de plus. C’est un prix élevé à payer si vous voulez les meilleures performances graphiques possibles en choisissant la série GS65.
