MediaTek Dimensity 9200
Le Dimensity 9200 de MediaTek est un SoC haut de gamme avec modem 5G et Wi-Fi 7 intégré. Il comprend un cœur Cortex-X3 rapide pouvant atteindre 3,05 GHz, trois autres cœurs A715 pouvant atteindre 2,85 GHz et quatre cœurs d'efficacité énergétique (Cortex-A510) pouvant atteindre 1,8 GHz. Le SoC est fabriqué dans la deuxième génération du processus 4nm chez TSMC. Tous les cœurs de CPU peuvent utiliser ensemble 8 Mo de cache de niveau 3 et 6 Mo de cache de niveau système (SLC).
Le contrôleur de mémoire intégré prend désormais en charge la technologie LPDDR5X à 8533 Mbps. L'APU 680 permet d'accélérer les charges de travail liées à l'intelligence artificielle.
