Apple A14

L'Apple A14 Bionic est un système sur puce (SoC) d'Apple que l'on retrouve dans les modèles iPhone 12 et iPad Air (2020). Il a été annoncé fin 2020 et offre 6 cœurs répartis en 2 cœurs de performance (Firestorm) et quatre cœurs d'efficacité énergétique (Icestorm). Apple affirme que l'A14 offre une performance du processeur supérieure de 40 % à celle de l'ancien A12 de l'iPad Air 2019. Cela devrait se traduire par un gain modeste d'environ 20 % par rapport à l'Apple A13. L'A14 intègre un GPU rapide à 4 cœurs et un moteur neuronal à 16 cœurs capable d'atteindre un maximum de 11 TOPS. Le contrôleur mémoire prend en charge LPDDR4X et 4 ou 6 Go sont directement au-dessus de la puce (package on package - PoP).

La puce est fabriquée en 5nm et intègre 11,8 milliards de transistors.
