Mediatek Dimensity 1200

Le Mediatek Dimensity 1200 est un SoC haut de gamme avec un modem 5G intégré. Il comprend trois grappes de processeurs. Un ARM Cortex-A78 rapide jusqu'à 3 GHz avec 2x cache L2, 3 A78 supplémentaires jusqu'à 2,6 GHz et pour l'efficacité énergétique quatre cœurs ARM Cortex-A55 jusqu'à 2 GHz.

En outre, la puce intègre un GPU ARM Mali-G77 MC9 à 9 cœurs, un modem Wi-fi 6 (ax), un contrôleur de mémoire LPDDR4x (jusqu'à 5266Mbps), une unité de traitement AI (APU 3.0 à 6 cœurs) ainsi que le dé- et l'encodage vidéo (y compris AV1).

La puce est fabriquée selon le procédé moderne de 7 nm et devrait être très économe en énergie.
