Mediatek Dimensity 820

Le Mediatek Dimensity 820 est un SoC rapide de milieu de gamme avec un modem 5G intégré. Il comprend quatre noyaux ARM Cortex-A76 rapides jusqu'à 2,6 GHz et quatre noyaux Cortex-A55 efficaces en puissance jusqu'à 2 GHz (Octa-Core avec multitraitement hétérogène). En outre, la puce intègre un GPU ARM Mali-G57 MC5 à 5 cœurs, un modem Wi-fi 5, un contrôleur de mémoire LPDDR4x, une unité de traitement AI (APU 3.0) et un système de dé et d'encodage vidéo. Le Dimensity 820 est fabriqué selon le procédé moderne de 7 nm et devrait être très économe en énergie.
