Mediatek Helio G70

Le Mediatek Helio G70 est un SoC ARM pour smartphones (principalement basés sur Android) qui a été introduit en 2020. Il est fabriqué selon un procédé FinFET de 12 nm et intègre 8 cœurs de processeur. Deux cœurs ARM Cortex-A75 rapides avec jusqu'à 2 GHz pour les tâches de performance et six petits ARM Cortex-A55 avec jusqu'à 1,7 GHz pour l'efficacité. Les huit cœurs peuvent être utilisés ensemble grâce à la prise en charge du multitraitement hétérogène. Le GPU intégré est un ARM Mali-G52 MC2 (MP2) avec deux clusters jusqu'à 820 MHz. Le SoC intègre également l'HyperEngine qui assure une gestion dynamique du CPU, du GPU et de la mémoire.

Par rapport à l'Helio G80, légèrement plus rapide, la différence avec le G70 est la vitesse d'horloge légèrement inférieure pour les cœurs A55 (-100 MHz) et le GPU (-130 MHz).

Le SoC intègre en outre une radio LTE avec support Cat-7 (download) / Cat-13 (upload), Wifi 5 (ac), Bluetooth 5.0, LPDDR4x 1800 MHz et stockage eMMC 5.1.
