HiSilicon Kirin 710

Le HiSilicon Kirin 710 est un SoC octocœur ARM du milieu de gamme pour les smartphones et tablettes Android. Il a été annoncé à la mi-2018, et intègre 8 cœurs processeurs (4 cœurs Cortex-A73 qui montent à 2,2 GHz, et 4 cœurs Cortex-A53 qui montent à 1,7 GHz, bigLITTLE), une puce ARM Mali G51 MP4, un contrôleur mémoire LPDDR4 double canal, et un module LTE (600 Mbit/s en réception, 150 en ennvoi). La partie processeur est donc similaire à celle des Kirin 960 et 970 (tous deux légèrement plus puissants), mais la carte graphique est bien moins puissante.

Le Kirin 710 est fabriqué par TSMC en 12 nm (à comparer aux 16 nm du Kirin 960 et aux 10 nm du Kirin 970).

Le HiSilicon Kirin 710F est la même puce avec quelques différences autour (FCCSP - Flip Chip Chip Scale Package) et possède les mêmes spécifications (cf. notre test du Huawei P Smart Z).
