Le PowerVR SGX554MP4 (series 5XT) est une carte graphique intégrée habituellement embarquée dans des SoC ARM. Il équipe ainsi l'Apple A6X (iPad 4) et le MediaTek MT8389. La puce offre 4 unités de calcul graphiques ayant 8 SIMD chacune lui conférant une puissance de calcul de 76,8 GFLOPs à 300 MHz. Le circuit graphique prend en charge les librairies OpenGL ES 2.0, DirectX9 et OpenCL 1.1. Dans l'Apple A6X, les unités de calcul se trouvent à côté de deux contrôleurs mémoires de 64 Bit résultant en une très bonne bande passante mémoire.
