Intel i7-11375H

L'Intel Core i7-11375H est un SoC quadricœur haut de gamme destiné aux ordinateurs portables de jeu légers et fins et aux stations de travail mobiles. Il est basé sur la génération Tiger Lake H35 et a été annoncé début 2021. Il intègre quatre cœurs de processeur Willow Cove (8 threads grâce à l'HyperThreading). La vitesse d'horloge de base dépend du réglage du TDP et peut varier de 3 (28 W TDP) à 3,3 GHz (35 W). Par rapport au i7-11370H, la seule différence est le Turbo Boost 3.0 supplémentaire pour un seul cœur. Avec cette fonction, le 11375H peut atteindre une fréquence de 5 GHz. Deux cœurs peuvent atteindre 4,8 GHz (comme le 11370H) et les quatre cœurs peuvent atteindre 4,3 GHz. Le 11375H peut utiliser la totalité des 12 Mo de cache de niveau 3.

Les performances du processeur i7 devraient être très similaires à celles du i7-11370H. Seules les charges de travail courtes à un seul fil seront légèrement plus rapides. Les performances en multithreading devraient être nettement supérieures à celles de l'ancien Core i5-10400H (Comet Lake, le quadricœur le plus rapide de la 10e génération) grâce à la nouvelle architecture du processeur. Le Core i7-1185G7 offre des caractéristiques similaires à celles du 11370H, mais avec un TDP inférieur et donc des performances (soutenues) inférieures.

Le SoC comprend également la carte graphique Xe améliorée, dont les 96 UE sont cadencés jusqu'à 1350 MHz.

En outre, les SoC Tiger Lake ajoutent la prise en charge de PCIe 4 (quatre voies), l'accélération matérielle AI et l'intégration partielle de Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 et Wi-Fi 6 dans la puce.

La puce est produite dans le processus amélioré de 10 nm (appelé 10 nm SuperFin) chez Intel, qui devrait être comparable au processus de 7 nm chez TSMC (par exemple, la série Ryzen 4000).
