Intel i3-1115G4

L'Intel Core i3-1115G4 est un SoC double cœur à faible consommation d'énergie pour les ordinateurs portables et les ultrabooks basés sur la génération Tiger Lake-U (UP4) qui a été introduite en septembre 2020. Il intègre deux cœurs de processeur Willow Cove (4 threads grâce à l'HyperThreading). Chaque cœur peut cadencer de 3 GHz (vitesse de base) à 4,1 GHz (boost à un ou deux cœurs). Les modèles de Core i5 et i7, plus rapides, offrent plus de quatre cœurs et sont donc nettement plus rapides.

Une autre nouveauté est la carte graphique Xe intégrée, basée sur la toute nouvelle architecture Gen 12. Dans le i3-1115G4, Intel baptise le GPU UHD Graphics et ne propose que 48 des 96 UE cadencés à 400 - 1250 MHz. Le GPU et le CPU peuvent utiliser ensemble les 6 Mo de cache L3.

En outre, les SoC de Tiger Lake ajoutent la prise en charge de PCIe 4 (quatre voies), l'accélération matérielle AI et l'intégration partielle de Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 et WiFi 6 dans la puce.

La puce est produite selon le processus amélioré de 10 nm+ (appelé SuperFin) chez Intel qui devrait être comparable au processus de 7 nm chez TSMC (par exemple, la série Ryzen 4000).

La gamme de fonctionnement de la série UP3 est spécifiée à 12 à 28 Watt. Par conséquent, le processeur est également adapté aux ordinateurs portables minces et légers.
