Intel Celeron 6305
L'Intel Celeron 6305 (ou 6305U) est un SoC double cœur économe en énergie destiné aux ordinateurs portables et aux Ultrabooks, basé sur la génération Tiger Lake-U qui a été annoncée au troisième trimestre 2020. Il intègre seulement deux cœurs de processeur Willow Cove (2 threads car pas d'HyperThreading/SMT). La vitesse d'horloge est fixée à 1,8 GHz car la puce ne prend pas en charge le Turbo Boost. Grâce aux améliorations architecturales des cœurs du processeur, le Celeron 6305 devrait tout de même être plus rapide que le vieux Celeron 5205U basé sur Comet Lake-U (1,9 GHz, sans Turbo).
Une autre nouveauté est la carte graphique Xe intégrée basée sur la toute nouvelle architecture Gen 12. Elle devrait offrir des performances nettement supérieures à celles de l'ancienne UHD Graphics G1 (Ice Lake). Dans le 6305U, Intel l'appelle simplement UHD Graphics et elle offre 48 UE.
D'autres améliorations d'Ice Lake devraient également être intégrées dans Tiger Lake comme l'accélération matérielle de l'IA et l'intégration partielle de Thunderbolt et Wifi 6 dans la puce.
La puce est produite dans le processus amélioré 10nm+ (appelé 10 nm SuperFin) chez Intel qui devrait être comparable au processus 7nm chez TSMC (par exemple la série Ryzen 4000).
