AMD Ryzen 5 5625U
Le AMD Ryzen 5 5625U est un processeur pour ordinateurs portables fins et légers basé sur la génération Cézanne. Il fait partie du rafraîchissement "Barcelo" début 2022 et offre une horloge de boost plus élevée de 100 MHz pour les cœurs du CPU par rapport à l'ancien Ryzen 5 5600U. Le R5 5600U intègre six des huit cœurs basés sur la microarchitecture Zen 3 et constitue le troisième processeur de la série U le plus rapide au lancement. Les cœurs sont cadencés de 2,3 (horloge de base garantie) à 4,3 GHz (Turbo) et prennent en charge le SMT pour un total de 12 threads. La puce est fabriquée sur le processus moderne TSMC de 7 nm.
Les performances du Ryzen 5 5625U ne devraient être que légèrement supérieures à celles du Ryzen 5 5600U et nettement inférieures à celles du nouveau Ryzen 5 6600U (Zen 3+, 4,5 GHz).
En plus des six cœurs de CPU, l'APU intègre également une carte graphique intégrée Radeon RX Vega 7 avec 7 CU jusqu'à 1800 MHz. Le contrôleur de mémoire à double canal prend en charge la RAM DDR4-3200 et la RAM LPDDR4-4266 économe en énergie. En outre, 16 Mo de cache de niveau 3 (contre 8 Mo pour le 4800U) sont présents sur la puce.
Le TDP de l'APU est spécifié à 15 Watt (par défaut) et peut être configuré de 10 à 25 Watt par le vendeur de l'ordinateur portable (la plupart des puces sont configurées à plus de 15 Watt). Cela signifie que la puce est destinée aux ordinateurs portables fins et légers (mais avec des ventilateurs).
