Intel Core i5-1145G7
Le Intel Core i5-1145G7 est un SoC quadricœur économe en énergie destiné aux ordinateurs portables et aux Ultrabooks, basé sur la génération Tiger Lake-U annoncée début 2021. Il intègre quatre cœurs de processeur Willow Cove (8 threads grâce à l'HyperThreading). La vitesse d'horloge de base dépend des paramètres TDP et va de 1,1 GHz (TDP de 12 watts) à 2,6 GHz (28 watts). Le Boost est toujours spécifié à 4,4 GHz (un ou deux cœurs).
Une autre nouveauté est la carte graphique Xe intégrée avec 80 UEs basée sur la toute nouvelle architecture Gen 12. Elle offre des performances nettement supérieures à celles de l'ancienne Iris Plus G7 (Ice Lake).
En outre, les SoC Tiger Lake ajoutent la prise en charge de PCIe 4 (4 voies), l'accélération matérielle AI et l'intégration partielle de Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 et Wifi 6 dans la puce. En plus de cela, le i5 prend en charge vPro pour faciliter la gestion à distance.
La puce est produite dans le processus SuperFin amélioré de 10 nm d'Intel qui devrait être comparable au processus de 7 nm de TSMC (par exemple, la série Ryzen 4000).
