Intel i5-10500H

L'Intel Core i5-10500H est un processeur rapide pour ordinateurs portables à six cœurs basé sur la série Comet Lake-H (4e génération de l'architecture Skylake). Le processeur tourne à une fréquence comprise entre 2,5 et 4,5 GHz et peut exécuter jusqu'à douze threads simultanément grâce à Hyper-Threading. Selon Intel, le processeur est fabriqué selon le procédé 14nm (14nm++). 

L'architecture Comet Lake est similaire à Coffee Lake et offre les mêmes caractéristiques et est produite dans le même processus 14nm. Outre l'amélioration des fréquences d'horloge, le contrôleur de mémoire prend désormais en charge la mémoire vive DDR4-2933 plus rapide. Performances

Les performances devraient être légèrement inférieures à celles de l'ancien Core i7-9850H avec 6 cœurs cadencés à 2,6 - 4,6 GHz (100 MHz de plus que le 10500H). Par conséquent, les performances sont bien adaptées aux tâches exigeantes.

Graphisme

L'iGPU intégré Intel UHD Graphics 630 est censé offrir des performances similaires à celles de l'UHD630 du Core i5-9300H. En tant que solution bas de gamme, il ne pourra probablement faire tourner les jeux actuels de manière fluide qu'à des détails réduits - voire pas du tout.

Consommation d'énergie

Intel spécifie le TDP avec 45 watts et donc le i5 est seulement adapté aux gros ordinateurs portables avec de bonnes solutions de refroidissement. En utilisant cTDP-down, le CPU peut également être configuré à 35 watts, ce qui réduit les performances.
