Intel Ultra 5 235

L'Intel Core Ultra 5 235 est un processeur de bureau basé sur la série Arrow Lake-S qui a été introduit au début de l'année 2025. Il offre 14 cœurs répartis en 6 cœurs de performance pouvant atteindre 5 GHz et 8 cœurs d'efficacité pouvant atteindre 4,4 GHz.

Les performances du processeur sont comparables à celles de l'ancien Intel Core i5-13600K et convient donc parfaitement aux tâches exigeantes.

Les puces Arrow Lake-S sont composées de plusieurs chiplets. La partie CPU est fabriquée par TSMC dans le processus moderne N3B (3nm), le GPU provient également de TSMC dans le processus N5P. Le SoC et la tuile E/S sont fabriqués selon le procédé TSMC N6. La tuile de base est fabriquée par Intel dans le processus 22nm et porte les chiplets individuels grâce à l'emballage 3D de Fovero.

Le TDP est spécifié entre 65 watts (long terme) et 121 watts (Turbo).
